Good faculty and facilities but poor construction

The college has very poor canteen. The food made there is really pathetic. I hate our canteen and the management. Our labs don't even have AC. If you pay 1lakh per year, atleast you can expect a good management. I personally hate my college's infrastructu

I took IIT JEE and I scored 63 in the main entrance exam. As I live in Ghatkopar(W), it is one of the most nearest college. Few of my friends also suggested me this college. To avoid travelling & because of my poor scores,I joined this college.

Most of the companies don't offer Internship to our college students. They directly come for placements. However one can approach our staffs for any such offers.

As I'm still in second year,I can't say much about the interview pattern. However I have seen my seniors preparing for their interviews. Most of companies like TCS,LNT,Wipro, HP,Numura & few other visit our campus. The Average package is 3.5lakh and the maxium package is of 8 lakhs. Almost every student that fit in the criteria,got placed and are happy with their college and company.

Almost all the events of other colleges are celebrated in our college too. Every year,Each branch oragnizes its Fest from January to Start of March. Then we have sports day, Fusion (Grand event of our college). Most of the big stars like the entire team of "Hey Bro" visited last year. I would rate the festivals as 8/10.

I really find the fees not worth to the facilities offered. As I belong to Open caste, I need to pay around 1,00,793 Lakh for 2015-16 and it keeps on increasing every year.

Yeah the college provides scholarship to Open students. If you score above 8 Pointer in a year,you get a scholarship upto Rs. 90,000. If your family income is below 1,00,000 we can even apply for Economic Backward class. Even TATA & Fair&lovely provides scholarship to toppers.

Campus is not bad but not even that good. Overall its OK. The ground is big and college provides instruments to improve our sports skills. However,most of the time,its not much maintained.

We don't have hostel facilities in our college. However If anyone wants a hostel,they can contact our staff & they provide the best guidance.

Seniors are helpful and they always guide us during our rough days. As usual every college has a bad and a good guy. Make sure you find the right one. I was successful finding the right guidance and friends.

As you might be knowing,Engineering has most of the exams. Exam structure was same as mentioned by our Mumbai university. 2 unit tests from Aug-Oct and a Final semester in November or December.

Faculty was the only reason that kept me there. Despite the poor management, Teachers and other staffs were highly helpful and never demotivated me. I would rate theentire faculty as 7.8/10
