- Students are quite few as all the batch size are very limited.
Course Curriculum Overview
Exams are little sad as our events semester is just of four month and we literally have two months break and those who miss out has to find ways to get intenrships on their own. Our course though has all facets in it to make us learn business studies and also entrepreneurship as that's the coming of age topic these days.
Internships Opportunities
I couldn't get intenrships as very few slots were available but students have been able to crack the interviews of groups like Boston Group and CG Capital with a stipend of around 40000. All those who got intenrships have been offered a stipend from DTU.
Placement Experience
My plans are to go for a higher degree in MBA or Masters from abroad as our university has tie-ups with them and they support us with that. Placements wise top DTU is above DU colleges and we have enough mettle and resources to find jobs of our choice.
Fees and Financial Aid
DTU (USME) fees for BBA Hons course is 1.12 lakhs a year with a 10% increase every year. I admitted in 2024 and paid an admission fees of 20 thousand and some deposit fees of around 6000. DTU since is a centrally governed university the fees are slightly high but with the kind of opportunities available our university have all the right to command this fees.
Campus Life
I am into fashion and modeling society and there are social clubs too available in our college. USME has always produced the best events of DTU and even though our university fest Engie fest is organized in the main campus students are nominated from East Campus too to work in that committee. Thus, we get the opportunity to visit the main campus too.
Admission
CUET is the only way as all 180 seats of BBA are filled that way. Scores are always competitive as both for BA Economics and BBA the cut-offs are almost similar and students get both the choices as some of our subjects are common.
Faculty
DTU BBA faculties are all MBA degree holders from top universities of the world. IIM, Babson and others and therefore each one has something different to offer and that's not all as we have multiple facets of teaching through guest faculties of various domains. Even many corporate CEOs have been invited for guest lectures at our campus.
Night Life
Hostels we don't have as that are only in the main campus and outsiders here can enroll in that. The intime of hostels is 10 pm and it's a lovely surrounding where Easy Campus is Veviek Vihas Pashe 2 is well planned and atleast area surrounding our college is quite beautiful.
