Campus life in gmrit and placements in gmrit

Well i do love curriculum when it comes to exam but the curriculum is very very old it don't make students to industry ready but it do give some knowledge on particular areas and also the curriculum is jntugv which is good to grasp concepts but I would like it to be improved in a excellent way where students can understand real world problems and participate in hackathons and learn new development skills and teaching is very good and I love it to be in gmrit but there are some cons too and exams level is moderate but overall my experience is 4/5 because I often go with self study so I won't be a much difficult for me to get into industry ready

Our college provides Summer internship -1 at vizag or hyderbad and final inteships we do get internships from reputated companies like infosys and tcs and wipro and I completed a internship at hashtek solutions on cloud where I learned about the amazon services and also I did some projects on cloud I came to know what is AWS lambda and also the roles in the internships are good we can get developer and product management roles too and get stipend for students who are good at coding overall placements and crt classes and internships are quite good by being a tier 3 student i am happy that faculty provides very good help today students in terms of placement

Well if the campus placement really offer I will go with higher studies well thanks to collge they provide excellent academic knowledge and core cse concepts very well here we have gate classes conducted by some professors and well it is proud to say we got 247 offers from Infosys and overall students are placed in 2024 is 800+ you can check out from our college website and our college provides 100 percentage placement for mech,civil and EEE thanks to gmr groups highest packages this year is 16 lpa by darwin box 80-90 percentage students are getting placed in our college my plan after getting degree is to become a good professor from 7th semester we are eligible to placements and before 7th sem we are trained by greeks for greeks and l &t mind tree for placements

Well hostel fee is 1 lakh 4 thousand it is very high for middle class student but the our college provides very good facility and also I got scholarship by government by getting rank and also by be in below poverty line and the others who are paying management fees are 2.5 lakh for cse and also our college provides merit based prizes at end of the year it's been organized nice in annual day and I am paying college fee by semester wise and also the college life is very good and bus fee is 25000 per year based of the destination it may reduce and exam fee is 2250 it is very high but our college maintains a trust so fees are used for poor people and our collge is best college

Overall experience is good we have one annual day and students fest which stepcone and it going to held in around january and Feburary and we do have some support in library if we want a particular book they can provide that by placing any order and we have screens for conducting ppt sessions and overall experience for sports are good students run social groups like csi,acm and iste which are quite helpful and it is very impactful to our life and campus life frnds are very good we can get good memories and here in gmrit the greenery is quite good campus infrastructure is excellent

Hostel facilities are 5/5 because we do get 24/7 water and electricity and medical facilities and also the nenu is good quality is excellent but taste is acceptable and hostel get accomodation of 3 members and we do have single room but the fee structure change for those people and we do get desks and beds in our hostel room I am hostel student and if we consider the fee is high then we can go with outside hostels which are very good and also affordable and rooms are excellent if we complaint anything the hostel management fix it within 2 days and we have hot water facility at day and night times it is good to be in hostel

Well i love this college because of discipline and facilities and I do not want to be in any other college because our college provides excellent placement support and follows very good ethics and dress code is excellent for the students and I love it to be in rural area and people here we met are awesome persons I choose this college because of faculty we can get excellent knowledge if we discuss our ideas with them and we have 2 mid exams oke sem exam both are quite moderate but considered to be helpful but as I said before it is worth to be in gmrit

The course structure is good but it is not industry relevant our college is still lagging behind the 25 years old syllabus of jntugv which is not being in trend and also the exams are moderate we can manage it by going with previous year papers and the I love dr.singh sir from CSE department he treats the students as like family and also he delivers the lecture with excellent knowledge and I don't like management I love every faculty they support us and force us to learn new things that kinds make us helpful to become a good person the faculty is very strict we all follow discipline dress code and also they become quite friendly after each semester

Well i am hosteller for hostel students we are going to have free gym and hostel mess timings are vary for year to year and for every year student we do get different blocks and library is accessible up to 10:30pm labs are being provided at night time too and also famous hangout places in our college is sport arena and roads in gmrit with full of greenery and excellent infrastructure and we can visit digital libarary it's a beautiful place for students who are willing to study but for girls they do not have access the library for night 10:30 pm they can get access up to 8pm and girls do not get access for night time to stay in labs
