Remarks
The canteen is so poor. There is no adequate toilets for both boys and girls in our college. Also the lecture hall infrastructure is so poor for the whole batch of students to accommodate. Our union has complained on this topic and they took action on this. We have a group of students who together fought if 1 of us have a problem.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course is for four and a half year. Non clinical postings for the first and clinical postings on the next year's. Appreciating Curriculum. Total 4 university exams having 3,4,3,4 subjects respectively in each year
Placement Experience
There is a one year internship in our college with a good amount of stapent. Monthly stipent is given by the government. As this is just a degree the job opportunity is not the option for the students as much of them will go for higher studies.
College Events
There is a number of celebrations each month. We celebrate traditional events like holi.onam. Christmas. Also the programmes like college sports and arts. Our college conduct a yearly sports event. participated 2 times. Also an inter college arts at a grand succes
Fee Structure And Facilities
As it a government institution, the fee is feasible for every student. If any having a difficulty the govt is approving scholarships to them. So every one can have a opportunity to study for the course.
Fees and Financial Aid
As I am a general category student I don't have any scholarships or loan facilities offered. But for the poor people who cannot afford the yearly fee the college or the government is offering an amount that can cope for their fee,food,and also hostel
Campus Life
Our college is best in inter college sports and arts. We are the champs in cricket badminton and chess. The practice sessions are good. Also the sports teacher who is an inspiration. We also conduct debates on recent topics and also arts events on special occasions.
Hostel Facilities
As a government college hostel the infrastructure is moderate. It is an old building but is clean. Good food. Good parking facilities. Adequate rooms. The new hostel is being In process. It is a large building than can afford a large number of students so there is no crowding. Now there is no adequate rooms but after the new hostel is opened the rooms are adequate.
Alumni/Alumna
The alumni is doing a great work for the welfare of the college. The spent money for each programmes conducted and also take classes for the students for their graduation. The senior students come and teach us during the exam time.
Admission
By an entrance exam done by the government. Got admission in 2016. It was not an easy task to get an MBBS degree. Gone to study for entrance in an year. Attented the exam 2 times. Got the same college in the first allotment itself
Faculty
As my college is a govt college the faculties are appointed by the government through exams. So they are much efficient and most of them tech very well. They also show us each and every cases so the students clinical knowledge will be improved making a better practitioner in the future
