Unsung view point of Dyal Singh College

There are many aspects which influenced my decision to choose this course because this course is totally based on practical learning and exposure where it is a basis of accounting, finance, marketing, management, et cetra. Are course cure Kalam is totally worth it and relevant to solve the real world applications and problems and builds a base to pursue the higher education or master such as MBA, M.com, etc. Even course is ready to learn but there are certain areas for improvement in the course basically in the subjects like HRM, marketing these all are theoretical subjects and need little bit practical structure and the subject teachers of the subjects are basically rely on mostly on theoretical way of dealing. We will have 2 examinations in a year and timing of examination is 6 month each and its a basically moderate level exam so anyone can clear the exam with little effort.

There are various companies who visited our college for the internship such a Tata Mahindra, re-link, etc. and the rules they offered are such as marketing, operations, finance and counselor and many more. Stipend usually depends upon the rules and responsibilities of the intern but it usually ranges from 15000 to 20000 INR. Projects and outcomes are mention in the internship description of the company.

Students are eligible to set in the placement from 5th semester. There are various big company is visited in our college such as KPMG, Deloitte, PWC, etc. and the number of offers they made were not explicitly disclosed by college. Highest package was 36 lakh and average package was 5 lacs and profiles offered are audit, assurance, finance, marketing etc. Around 60 to 80% students placed after this course. My plans after the graduation is to pursue the masters.

The year wise fees which I paid is generally rs 15500 rupees which includes all the other charges such as tuition fees, caution fees, development fees, lab fees and other compulsory charges. The fees of my batchmates other who belongs to other than my category such as SC, ST, etc are generally same. Name of the scholarship is NSP i.e. National scholarship portal and the amount of scholarship or financial aid depends upon the income background level of the students.

The name of the first which held in my college is Priyadarshini and the month in which it is held is in the month of March. Our library offered the 2500 + range of books and journals which is easily accessible. The facilities in classrooms are such as projected classroom with proper ventilation, digital products and clean dustbin. Our college offers a diverse range of a sports and extra colour activities such as basketball ,cricket, music, dance, etc. Societies are generally run by the students and in which some of them are President, vice president, etc. Which have great impact in the life of the students by providing the platform where students can interact and make friends and also helps in CV building too.

No I didn't applied for any other college and I choose this course over other courses because this course is based on the domains such as accounting, finance, taxation, etc. No I didn't get rejection from any college. The admission process is through common seat allocation system and the most preferred examination by students is common University entrance test and students are eligible to give this examination after the 12th and cut off for general category is generally 720 out of 800 and overall experience is good.

We have 1 faculty on 70 students and the faculty and student relationship is satisfying and faculties are always ready to guide the students in terms of the academic, personal life, etc and faculties are easily approachable and their always ready to help the students. The name of the faculties which I like so much as the faculty of business law because of his teaching style the way of dealing the questions and many more thaning and I think the best faculties in the commerce department is difficulty of management and business mathematics. It's a basically personal opinion so the faculty which I didn't like is the faculty of business analytics because of her teaching style and little bit she makes the thing boring. There are two exams in a year and it is it is a moderate level exam at honours level and almost everyone can pass the exam easily and our course curriculum is totally worth it and relevant to the future prospects.

Our college do not have any gyms facility but having the canteen where fresh and hygienic foods are cook and specifically we do not have any public areas in the college. We do not have hostel and campus timing is 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Famous hangouts places are red benches which is inside and Maggi point which is outside the college and we also have the locality safe to Roam around at night in the ground.
