Positives-friendly teachers, excellent faculty, experienced teachers,nice college atmosphere,no ragging,many events and programmes,huge campus,good canteen. Negetives-No development in college, lack of facilities.
Course Curriculum Overview
It takes 3 years to complete the course which is divided into 6 semesters,during each semester it includes 2 internal exams and a main exam on the end of each semester out of 80 marks where the other 20 marks is taken from the internals, projects etc.
Placement Experience
Coming towards placements and job opportunities i am disappointed that it does not provide any placements and about internships it does also provide internships.It is one of the greatest drawbacks of the college.
Fee Structure And Facilities
So coming to the fees structure of our college, it is comparatively low when compared to other colleges as it is a halfly government college, the fees for a semester comes around just ?9000 and to be paid in all semesters.
Fees and Financial Aid
Yes there are many scholarships,mainly to the poor,there are fees reductions to the poor who cannot afford the fees, for this one has to submit the income status of their parents and other legal formalities are to be done.
Campus Life
Talking about extracurricular activities,uc college is college which gives importance to extracurricular as equal to academicscoming to sports cricket,football, basketball,netball are the main items and about culturals like dramas, singing, dancing the college grabs prizes frequently for these items in competitions.
Alumni/Alumna
Talking about alumini network,once a ucian is always an ucian,all the ones who studied in uc will have a special bond with the college,they are always welcomed to the college,and seniors,their is no difference like seniors or juniors,all are free to everyone.
Admission
I entered my details and my marks in an admission portal which was by the mg University and got registered and there was allotments and i was selected according to my grade in the 4th allotment that was the final allotment.
Faculty
The college is having a great opinion in everybody and Generally there is a good opinion about the college facaulties,coming to my department it is having a great faculty with experienced teachers i am very happy to be taught under this great teachers.
