Remarks

Overall, a choice that won't dissapoint you if you don't be a crybaby. Great things will come if you work for it. All said, these 4 years are worth spending here.

Entrance Preview

I scored 82 marks in comedk. I chose this college, because it provides the best course in automobile engineering under vtu. The USP of this college is its lively campus with beautiful buildings and a great student crowd with people from all parts of the world.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

Course curriculum is prescribed now by the college it self. It is a little hectic, but cummon it is meant to be. Everything is out there for people who want to get it, you have to work though. You can be anything you are willing to go the distance here or just a bum with a degree if you fleet time.

Internships Opportunities

Not many internships offered. Only few offered to those who are hard working and remain in the top percentile of their class. Sound technical knowledge is required . Most internships start at 3rd year but that depends on how you perform and your level of skill. Stipend ranges from 3-7 k a month

Placement Experience

3

On campus placements are just decent. Average packages between 2.75-3.5 lacs pa. A little higher for ec , cs and ins. Job opportunities are great for people with good aggregate and sound technical knowledge which again varies from person to person.

College Events

3

Many departmental fests are held annually each year by students themselves. Variety of competitions allow you to explore, display and improve your talents. The biggest fest is furore in even sem and vibrations in odd sem. Dj arenas are the best in Bangalore and the girls

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee structure is a little complicated. The fees is around 2.2 , 1.75 , 5 lacs for management, comedk and cet students respectively. But worth the extra money, you are getting a great campus after all.

Fees and Financial Aid

Not that I know of, But you can apply if you are underprivileged. Loans are generally handled by the bank. college itself does not offer any scholarships but various trust funds can help you. A generous help is provided to the differently abled.

Campus Life

4.5

Campus is great. college life is cool. Everything is just how it should be in a Bangalore technical campus. No discriminations and ragging. People are very friendly and you will surely make some friends for life. Girls are pretty here

Hostel Facilities

4

Hostel is good with all facilities and an average standard of living. NRI hostel is expensive but that's where the life blooms most. Food is below average but you will get used to it

Alumni/Alumna

I have not interacted with the aluminium but then they too were once students and you can relate to them. Most of them are working jobs in Bangalore itself.

Exam Structure

Exam structure is lenient with gaps between consecutive exams. But now as the college is autonomous, this could change a little. Over all everything is manageable if you prepare in advance.

Faculty

4

Faculty for fresher's is inexperienced and just trying to complete their syllabus. This is overcome with the fact that teachers are very friendly and helpful. Seniors can help you with the course if you ask them. Decent faculty and placements. College is
