Course Curriculum Overview
CS is an evoliving course and this college provides very good teaching and is very near to city centre. the cirriculum is VTU and this college also supports preperation for competitive exams and higher stuidies too. I would like to suggest that the teaching could be more digitalised rather and traditional chalk n talk methonds. we get one internal test for every 40-45 days and sem end exams every 5months

Placement Experience
students are eligible for placements from Sem 7, some students are also awarded intership from sem 6. companies like Infosys, IBM, delphi-TVS, EnHub.AI, etc. highest package is 12 LPA and average is around 8LPA. 83% of students are placed in 7th sem itself in 2026.
Fees and Financial Aid
i am studying in BGSCET as a second year engineering student. i had joined this college in 2024 through comedk and my fee is 310000 per annum. this college has management quota and kcet too with fee 500000 and 145000 respectively. one of my friend is paying 49000 per annum as she is from 3A quota through kcet.
Campus Life
they conduct annual fests named Samvit and hackathon named advaya. library is very big with many number of available copies of textbooks and they get newspaper everyday in regional and english language. each class has projectors and smart boards with bring your own laptop classroom in each floor
Admission
i choose this college because of experienced faculty and connectivity as it is located centre city. I had applied to PES university too but didnt choose it because it is very far and travelling becomes and hassle. this college accepts KCET, Comedk, management exams
Faculty
the student to teacher ratio is quite good. all teachers are familiar with all students and provide attention individually. they also are available throughout for any doubt clarification or guidance. teachers are very keen about teaching and provide good exposure to real time evolution of tech. Mr. Satisha from CSE Dept. is very supportive and motivating Mrs. Rohini C. from CSE Dept. is friendly there are 3 internal tests for 50 marks each sem
Night Life
there are gyms nearby and cafes. there is orion mall in a very near distance and jetlag pub for nightlife. campus is from 9 am to 4pm. there are many hangout spots nearby and temples like ISKON. the locality is very safe and there is movement of people
