From small age I had interest in computer science. So I was very excited to join the college. Curriculum provided in our college make us ready for the real world applications. Mostly Computer related topics mainly starts from 2nd year onwards . There can be improvement in introducing computer related topics from first year only so that we can have enough time to easily grasp the concept.there are two exams in a semester midsem and endsem. Exams are not so difficult.

From 6th semester students are selected for internship but very few get internships on campus. You need to have a very good cgpa of above 9.5 to get selected. Companies like tcs Deloitte cognizant yugabyte offers different roles.many round are ther like coding round aptitude round and personal interview. Students who cleared all round get chance for internship.

From 6th semester onwards companies visit campus and recruit students for internship. This internship season goes upto entire 7th semester. Many companies like amazon Deloitte cognizant and many other startups visited the campus.highest package was 42lpa and average package for computer science was 9 lpa. Around 70 percent student got placed.i want to get a good job in a good company.

Total tution fees for entire four years is 16 lacs for computer science branch. Hostel fees is 88000per semester. That means total fees is approx 22 lacs for four year years . During the addmission we need to pay 75000 for registration. Tution fees for 1 semester is 2 lacs . Top 1000 rankers in kitee exam got 10000 per month for entire four years. Rest fee structure is same for all of us.my batchmate who got scholarship pays 60000 less than me each semester. Also if you score 10 gpa in semester exam you get 10000 per month for next 6 month.

Overall campus life is good. There is fresher's party for 1st and 2nd year students in the month of October. Kiit fest is during February in which many events are organised. Every society host an event. There is star night . There is central library which has books of every department from engineering to medical. Every classroom has a smart board and a projector. Kiit is famous for its sports facilities. Huge football and cricket grounds are there.huge indoor stadium are there.society are run mostly by students.

There are 2 bed and 3 bed rooms for students. Basic need like mattress pillow bed cupboard are provided by hostel.mess food is not so bad . Also special menu is provided during festivals. Registration for hostel is during addmission in which you are asked whether you want hostel facility or not. Hostel fees is 88000 for 2 bed ac rooms. I stay in hostel but rental room and pg can be found nearby .

I was preparing for jee however I couldn't make enough score to get admission into any iits .I also applied for addmission into bits but fee was a bit higher.i got rejected from IITs NITs. Score in jee exam was not so good. For taking admission in our college just go to kiit official website register for kiitee exam and further all details will be shared with you via e mail . You must be a pcm or pcmb students in 12th and have 60 percent in 12 board exam.

College faculties are really supportive. If you are eager to learn something the help . 1:50 is the faculty to students ratio . However teachers are friendly with every students . We can directly visit their cabin for doubt during the working hours . Though all faculty members are good , but the one I liked the most is Amulya Ratna swain sir . He is very professional and teaches in a manner that if a student is listening his word his concept will get cleared. He is very enthusiastic and friendly with everyone with zero ego. In my opinion he is the best faculty of our college. There are two exam in a semester one is midsem and other is endsem. Midsem is of 20 marks and endsem of 50 marks . Rest 30 marks is internals that teacher gives based on class performance. Semester exams are not so hard and you can easily score 9 cgpa if you attend class regularly. Course is relevant.

There is gym in campus 12 and in campus 6 . Cafeteria and be found in every campus and in every hostel. Central library is open for 24/7 for boys and upto 10 pm for girls.hostel timing is upto 8pm for boys and 7 pm for girls.there is mba garden where students often hangout. Locality is safe to roam around at night.
