College is good for academic but practice skill is lagging academically it is very good.Out of 90 cadet 50 cadets are holder of merit based reward and topper of all the sem from our batch.college is lagging in practical aspects.

In entrance exam there are questions from physics chemistry maths English and general knowledge.If you want to clear the exam you have to study 11 and 12 syllabus (physics, chemistry,maths) and for English you have to practice from practice book.

Placement was not good previously but now it is improving,day by day graph of placement is increasing.last to last year whole batch(all clear) was placed.this year fleet taken 19 cadet,Apeejay taken 4 and 6 are taken by seateam also 17 of my batch mates including me placed in synergy maritime.

There are many event celebrated in my college one of the most important event is maritime lecture series in which lecture is delivered on selected topic by experienced person of the respective field another one is university Foundation day and also Hindi pakhwada.

This is a central government university that's why fee structure is less than other private maritime college.For one year it 230000,if you are enrolled in b.sc nautical science you have to pay it three time and if you are enrolled in b.tech you have to pay it 4 times

You can take education loan easily.Our university offer merit based reward for 31 topper student in every semester except last semester.100000 for university topper,75000 for next 15 and 50000 for next 15.

My college is situated in chennai.play ground is not of that much good boy still it is ok.you will get all the facilities for indoor games like table tennis, badminton etc.you will get a swimming pool and gym

All maritime colleges are completely boarding type.You don't have option to stay outside the college, you have to stay in hostel of college.fee of hostel is included in fee amount of 230000.you need not to pay extra for hostel charge

It was not good previously because of absence of any platform.This year University headquarter taken an initiative and made a platform and now all are registering on the website of college. I hope in upcoming time it will work better

You have to fill a form named IMU CET.price of the form is 1000.if you qualify the exam you have to followup the process of counselling after paying the fee of 10000 after that you will get the college on the basis of your marks obtained in IMU CET and filled choice

Faculties are good but less in number.however all the facilities are well qualified and experienced in their subject.they will make you understand the concept of the subject.if you attend the classes easily you will score good marks.
