- technical facilities could be improved .
Course Curriculum Overview
I would rate the course curriculum as fairly relevant and moderately comprehensive. The curriculum covers the fundamental concepts of the subject that helps us understand the subject. In real life the course provides basic knowledge and overall more of a theory oriented. Some subject also have some real life cases. The exam system is moderate with regular internal assessments and semester exams. The frequency and timings are okay and not that difficult.
Internships Opportunities
1. Internzvally- internship + pre placement opportunities with 18,000/- for internship for 3 months and PPO - 6.5 LPA (4LPA fixed amount + 2.5 LPA performance based incentive) 2. GK TMT - HR position, for one month with stipend. 3. AIMS group - summer internship ( Marketing, HR+ marketing, marketing+ finance) 4. Radcliffe internship
Placement Experience
The placement opportunities in my college are moderate. Students generally become eligible for campus placements from the final year, usually starting from the 5th or 6th semester, depending on the course even some students of 4th semester gets the opportunity. Students are eligible for internships since semester 1 and get opportunities from multiple companies for different positions.
Fees and Financial Aid
The admission fee is 1,000rs. The uniform fee is 5,000rs for one blazer and 2 pair of shirt and pants. My yearly fee of college is 36,000rs which i pay semester wise 18,000rs per semester. Other than that college also provide scholarship as per the policy.
Campus Life
My overall experience with campus life has been decent. In terms of social interaction and learning opportunities it was moderate .The college provides a friendly environment where students can connect, collaborate, and participate in various activities. The college conducts an orientation program for new students over a few days, including various interaction activities. As senior students, we actively assist in organizing the event and take on the role of student coordinators.
Admission
I actually didn't applied to any other colleges because my sister's brother recommended me Shri Shankaracharya institute of professional studies as the academic and co-curriculum activities here is well balanced and I would be able to gain valuable insights in this college.
Faculty
The faculty-to-student ratio is decent, which allows students to interact with teachers and clear their doubts easily. Most faculty members are approachable and maintain a friendly relationship with students, which creates a comfortable learning environment. We generally have 6 exams and as per the NEP 2020 syllabus we study different subjects consists of 4 DSC subjects, 1 DSE subject and any two of AEC,SEC,VAC. Almost everyone passes the exams and the course curriculum is good too.
Interview Experience
When I went there to see the campus i actually talked with a faculty and afterwards when I went for the admission in which the faculty asked me questions about my school, grades and other qualifications that was somehow felt like a personal interview.
Night Life
As a local student who doesn't live in hostel, I'm not quite sure about the night life but our college have boy's hostel as well as girl's hostel. The hostel students have a good life in college, our campus have temple which is a calm place and a garden in which they can walk and ground where they can play games.
