A Good college to kick-start

This college is very close to my heart. This is the final year of mein in here. The College is very good to your career, from here you can go various life paths many of students choose business, music's ,dance although they are engineers. This college gives you what you want. So for me this is best college

For placement and jobs BIT is one of the best college in East India , it comes 2nd place in West Bengal in terms of placement. Almost 70% of students get placed in MNC. I got a job although I have 11 months left in my curriculum. So I got the job in the starting of 4th year, in my department 20 out of 60 students get placed in the starting of 4th year.

Our college is organising cultural fest, technical fest, football tournament , cricket tournament, blood donation camp, tree plantation plant, athletic events, socio-economic development thorough give special care to nearby kids, encourage all to participate.

The semester fees are roughly around 40000-45000 rupees. As they provided good labs, good computer labs, library , AC classroom the fees are feasible. Although there is quota for economical weaker students.

The various loans and scholarship are available. Kanyashree , Vivekananda scholarship, economical weaker students scholarship, student loans are also approved. There is no individual scholarship for college but The governing body takes some exam to give discounts on fees.

All labs are air conditioned. Labs are well equipped and maintain by professional and professor. Computer labs are full of new sets of computation devices so new technologies can be done and tested by labs. Physics labs are also well equipped. Workshop labs are great place to making bots.

There is no hostels at our college so I stayed in paying guest. The all paying guest are control and examine by college governing body. The paying guest is also affordable and good. Environment is good and pleasant because for village area and one problem is there is less amount of shops and restaurants to eat.

The alumni network is very strong in here. They are very supportive and helpful. Alumni also prefer current students in their respective companies and Institution. A good representation of our college has because of these alumni, they hold meetups, culture programs time to time.

I got admission to direct quota, and my wbjee rank is 18922. I got admission through it. Then I submitted my wbjee rank card, marksheet of 10 th 12 th. Then they give a full procedure and brochure and explain me the opportunity of taking admission in here. The process is very simple and quick. It takes two days to complete the process and fees are also good and less compare to others giving such good labs.

The most of the faculty is highly educated from IIT and top colleges in India. They are quality teachers , give nice explaination to my problems , very supportive. Teaching is their passion they gave proper treatment to everybody. They take care of everyone individually , they are mentally very supportive.
