Quality education with placements

Negative remarks are as follows: earlier the College was very strict with strange rules like boys and girls should not interact. Fine for minor defaults like wearing jeans, but being shaved. Now the condition has changed with the College receiving positive reviews

Exams are on semester basis. Four years, eight semesters, Unit tests on every week, model exams before each University exams are conducted. This course curriculum is followed traditionally and one of the best structure

Placements are good with most of the people getting placed. A setback is most of the placements are in IT industry. Less opportunities for core subjects like Civil, Mechanical, Electrical. No internships are provided

College day, graduation day, culturals, symposiums, project demo, guest lectures, hostel day are conducted every year. Inter College competitions with sports, project demo, symposiums are conducted. Nowadays cini shootings, audio launch functions are happening

Fee structure is quite expensive compared to most of the engineering College. Compulsory transport, food incur more costs. Since the College has a reputation, excess fee is charged with unknown fees like infrastructure fee, book fee, etc

Scholarship is given for top rank holders. Every year tuition fee is refunded as follows: 100% for those scoring above 9.5, 50% for those scoring above 9, 25% for those scoring above 8.5. this may be updated in recent years

Good infrastructure facilities for extra-curricular activities, labs, sports. Well equipped for state level competitions, ground is too big for any sports, indoor auditorium, a mega auditorium with capacity of 25000 people

Every year alumni meet is conducted and it is useful. No network is available but the faculties sends invite to the alumni every year for the participations. They are helpful in knowing about the whereabouts of the alumni

Tamilnadu Engineering Admission Anna University counseling. Merit list is prepared based on Maths Physics Chemistry marks in secondary exams. Students are called based on cutoff and seats are filled according to the ranks

The faculties are highly educated with many staffs holding PhDs while few are on their way too gain PhD. Rest of the staffs are with post graduation and they are highly talented in mentoring students on their projects, exams.
