Remarks

No negative points, but we need to study well for performing better. It's good for you as well as for your college reputation. Any body can blame his college if he failed to perform but it's not the fault of college.

Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

In this course, some subjects are compulsory and some have choices to select from given options according to credits criteria. Exams in this course will happen per semester vise. If we do not pass in a subject/subjects then we can apply in next exam which will happen in every six months in a year.

Placement Experience

2

No, college didn't provide any kind of placements and jobs. They may provide internship but not in all courses. Job opportunities are good if we also did post graduation from this university like if I do MBA after my b.com then companies who are hiring you can offer a better package instead of if you just applied with a graduation degree. I recommend you that going M.com is not so good for your carrier from this university.

College Events

4

Events are held in regular basis like for environment protection, singing and dancing competitions, projects preparations, cleanliness drives etc. I personally do not participate in all of these but it was a good experience. Once we are in Connaught place in New Delhi performing in front of public for awareness of cleanliness like not throwing garbage on roads and on public areas, not to split everywhere and peoples are appreciating our work. We all are very happy to see that.

Fee Structure And Facilities

It's feasible and reasonable. No complaints about this. I only paid Rs. 1700 during my admission and they only charged only Rs. 60 per subject as exam fees all included. For example if you have 5 subjects in your first semester then you have to pay only 300 rupees only as your exam fees.

Fees and Financial Aid

No, I don't know about any loan facility provided by my college because I personally don't need any loan for studies. They may provide scholarships to students but I don't know about this. And secondly about loan, they charged a very nominal amount for courses if any student needs loan for studies then he/she may contact the faculties of main office situated in Maidan Garhi, New Delhi, India.

Campus Life

4

Sports facilities are good, labs are above average and extra curricular activities are acceptable. No complaints but they can improve it. Labs are well facilitated and extracurricular activities are also managed properly.

Hostel Facilities

2.5

No, my university provides me the nearest center to my house which was very helpful for me. They provide a center which was nearest to your address provided by you during the admission time. If a student is from out of Delhi then he can contact to faculties of his study center and surely they will help him.

Alumni/Alumna

Yes they are helpful and well behaved. Not any kind of ragging or misbehaviour was happened on my time during classes. It is very important that an alumni network is established in college. There are some faculties who are studied in same college and working here. And sometimes graduates who left colleges are also present in events organised by college.

Admission

Admission process in this university is very simple, just we need our 10th and 12th marksheets and certificates and photo ID proof with adress. I simply go to admission counter and fill up the admission form carefully. IGNOU center was situated in Gandhi Darshan premises near Rajghat, New Delhi, India

Faculty

3.5

Faculty is very good in this university, they are punctual and well qualified. They are very helpful in nature and provide better understanding in chapters according to their subjects. They are always there for our problems and doubts also.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Well i choose this course because I didn't got what I wanted. Many students are from arts background who got this course because they had no option. The curriculum is same as school all chapters and everything. The law section is new. About buisness and law and everything. Rest is same. Changes in curriculum is not in their hands. But if they could actually change the accounting syllabus. The timing of exams is normal 2:30 to 6:30. And internal test taken by perspective teacher are according to their time and class. They will take retest incase you didn't attended.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I really was interested in finance and taxation from the beginning. This course aligned rightly with my interests. The curriculum is based on real world applications. Corporate accounting, financial accounting, company law, human resource management, these are very important considering change in the job market and business world. Not only real world applications but one can also go for further academic pursuit such as a master's degree and research. This makes the curriculum really diverse. Some areas of suggestions would be that in theory subjects there should be practical activities. Just like vestibular training. The time of exams is just right. After the completion of syllabus of a particular subject, we are given 10 days of preparation leave. The exams are moderate and it really tests our ability and knowledge based on our studies.

Placement Experience:

For placements fifth semester student are eligible for placements. Since it is best commerce college. Companies like big 4, google, bank of America, Goldman Sachs, bcg, bain and co., Sbi, paytm, meesho and many more comes. The highest package was 36 LPA this year from meesho for senior analyst roles. Average package is 10 LPA. Most of the placements take place in consulting, marketing, auditing, finance and analyst roles. Around more than 50% of the students get placed. My plan is to take placements in consulting and finance roles after the degree from the college.

The placement is quite good the percentage of students is not same always it changes but only those students with proper knowledge, experience, skills get good placement. There is a proper placement cell for this which is very active. Prepare for government exams (SSC, UPSC, etc.) Go for higher education (PG, B.Ed., MBA, etc.) Enroll in skill-based or professional certification courses outside college

Placement Experience:

The placement of my college is good if you perform well in the process of selection, as I told earlier, the placement cell is pretty active, so you would have a good number of options. I will be naming the good companies that visited my college, they were EY, Deloitte, DE SHAW, TCS, KPMG, etc. Numerous offers were made and I would say over 80% students in my batch got placed in good companies.

Course Curriculum Overview:

In open learning management.. they provide hard copy of books tk prepare whole semester and this is a very good thing because those books are covering whole semester in some books only and there is a v good thing I found... At the end of every chapter they provide summaries and mock questions for every chapter to analyse the weakness and strength. the areas for improvements in the Course Curriculum and Teaching Methods--- they should also provide a mock test paper as per the paper model and latest questions or updated topics with to the point topics The difficulty is normal if candidate is completely prepared...
