My college my life

Overall uc college is a emotion to everyone student who studied there. Loving campus environment. Big playground. Good classroom. Quality teachers and supporting staffs. Big library. And last the colleges.

I joined for deep knowledge on taxation but i got little only , course is more theories than practical. I need more practical than theories. Course is easy for an average student. Have less problem papers.

Campus interview are active. Big firms like KPMG , Deloite , nationalized banks etc came for campus interview. College doesn't provide any intership. College provide us exposure to get job in reputed companies.

Events celebrated are onam christmas , annuval day , arts day , sports day, college day , election. Celebrations are mich entertainment and memorable. Special thanks to college union members for making the events such memorable.

Fee is affordable by everyone. Government seat fees is less than 10000 per year. And management seat fee is more but affordable. They dont collect any usless fees from students. I got admission in merit list and i feel affordable.

Scholarships are given to students facing financial problems , students with family income less than 300000 per annum ate eligible for the scholarship scheme. Another scholarship is based on the performance in academics.

College is well known for inter college sports and arts meets. College encourage students to participate in sports and arts events and give much support also. College have a big playground and auditorium which helps students to practice their talents.

Yes , i stayed in hostel. I cant say hostel is good or bad , some what between it. Rooms are average. Faculities are not good. Food is below average. But if we look as a college hostel it is not bad , it is life.

Seniors are so helpfull for juniors. We dont face any ragging during our college life. They motivate us. Give support to our college life and solve our problem. They are like a ombudsman between college and juniors. Alumni functions are celebrated in college.

I got passed my plus 2 from green vally public school kothamangalam. I have interest to study taxation and i find this course. I searched for best college around and i found uc college. I got listed in merit list of mahatma University and joined uc college aluva.

Faculties are qualified and can be choose to be a role model. Good class and loving nature. Support students in academic and social life. Course are theory oriented but class are practical and entertaining due to these faculties.
