Remarks
Positive is the academic and placement as there are best in the city asli the labs are best as the equipment are latest. Negative is College total area it's building as it is within city so No such facility like one building for one Branch like other college. We have one Floor for one Branch
Course Curriculum Overview
Course Curriculum in CS is nice Like Every year there is 2 semester and for each semester there is 3 internal examination and 1 external exam. Our college follow VTU so as per VTU you can't get failed in more than 4 subject.Otherwise you get year back.
Placement Experience
placements are quite good here as most of the student from IT branches get placement for other branches placement are not that good.Many company visit the BIT for placement like for 2019 batch around 104 company visited
College Events
There are many event that are celebrated.Main event is College fest MANTHAN it is 4 day event having every type of event like technical cultural and the best DJ Night Other event like Sports Day and some other tech and non tech event
Fee Structure And Facilities
For COMED-K Fee is around 200000 Hostel charges are extra around 90000 Also we need to pay around 1500 per semester as exam fee.Other student wo get admission through CET they have to pay around 75000.
Fees and Financial Aid
No as per my knowledge Loan facility is not provided by our college. Student get loan from there respective bank in there home Town or some other State government loan. Student from ST /SC community are also exempted from paying full fee
Campus Life
Lab is well equipped.They have recently changed whole equipments.So everything is of current generation like we are having even i7 processor in our lab. They are making Basketball court in college also there is facility for indoor game
Alumni/Alumna
Our College is having one website dedicated to alumni where they can register and they can intrect there. Most of alumni come to college to interact with us about new technology as they are mostly CEO or some higher manager in there respective company
Admission
I got admission through COMED-K, I got the college in councelling as per my rank. There were many college which I can opt but I choose this college as it was the first to launch Computer Science in Bangalore and it is also a old college established in 1979.
Faculty
Faculty are nice here like every one is supportive also they are having good knowledge about the subject.One can have word with any teacher at any time if they have any doubt in subject.There are enough faculty ratio per student in our college
