A rollercoaster ride.

Every thing has positive and negative side. It's just head and tail of a coin. We need to acquire the positive aspects and try to solve the negative aspects. That's all I can say now it's up individuals to choose from.

There are three segments of course curriculum B.Tech/Diploma/M.Tech. There are 7 department in B.Tech( CE/ME/EE/ECE/EIE/CSE/) Diploma (CE/DTCE/ETE) M.Tech(CE/ECE/CSE) The bachelor degree covers all the basic engineering courses. Since the college is affiliated to MAKAUT so exams are conducted on semester basis. That means you need to give 2 exams in a year.

After all the hard work of 7 semester the most aspects of college life comes the placement drive. But we were lucky enough to have a very dynamic training and placement cell which puts it best foot forward to make sure most of the guys gets placed. Let's be honest 100% placement is like ideal gas (hypothetical condition). But most the guys from our previous batch and our batch got placed at various sectors. The college assistance in internship is unmatched. Stipend varies from company to company. The average you can expect is 2000INR.

College life is incomplete without fest.The college organises two annual fest. "Kritanj" the Technical fest which is great platform all the tech lovers to showcase their talents. The other one is the "Navodaya" the cultural fest it is versatile every individual comes together to make a grand event of the year. Apart from we have been part of small event of like 1.Annual Sports 2.Mini Marathon 3.Saraswati puja 4.Vishkarma puja And much more. It is just more than an educational institution.

The 4 year degree course will be completed within 4 lakhs including all exam fees but the hostel dweller will need to shell out 1lakhs extra.For given market situation the course fees is feasible.Moreover the college has scholarship program to help out students from financial impared conditions. Because our college believe that money should not be a obstacle to education.

The college has various scholarship program to help out students There are 3 scholarship exam every year. Apart from this if a student want for education loan the college helps them out by linking them with the bank. I myself availed an educational loan to complete my course.

The laboratory are equipped with modern amenities and lab assistant are well aware the equipment and the functions. The activities are quite interesting and knowledge gathering. There are cricket , football, Volleyball,chess tournament held across the year.Thus keeping a student active both mentally and physically.

The alumni is quite sound with wide arc of industrial exposure. The main advantage of our college is that the senior are very helpful and friendly. They are just like our elder brother and sister they will sort out every thing.Ragging is strictly prohibited in our campus.

There are 3 ways to get admission WBJEE or JEE-Mains or AMPAI(Exam conducted by JIS Group). I got it via WBJEE.The ranking in the entrance exam varies from year to year. But getting within 15000 can easily secure a chance for admission.

The integral part of any educational institution is the base of faculty. I was blessed with the rich mix young and experienced faculty making it easier to understand the subject. But one thing is to be remembered understanding completely dependent on the person. The way of sharing knowledge is completely practical based.
