Remarks

Overall the college has good infrastructure with good faculty and high facility laboratories and good motivation in extra curricular activities and sports the main motive of my college is to settle their students in a best way

Course Curriculum Overview

My college is affiliated to JNTU Kakinada and the curriculum of my syllabus is R16 named as JNTUK R16 regulation for the batches starting from 2016-2018 and after 2018 for 2019 batch R19 the curriculum is changed for every three years with small changes is syllabus

Placement Experience

Yes the college provides placements and for the placements they provide placement training also for to recruit all the students in MNC companies and college also conducted some half campus recruitments and pool campus recruitment also

College Events

The college has conducted many events based on technology like Hackathon and INTERNET OF THINGS and Scy lab and mat lab and also tech fest's like mini tech fest and apart from studies the college is conducted Freshers party and farewell party

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure is feasible bcoz the government of Andhra Pradesh has given a fee reimbursement so the money to pay college fee is very less approximately less than 15000 more than college fee hostel facility is also there for boys and girls also

Fees and Financial Aid

Yes the college is offered government fee reimbursement apart from government the college is given scholorships to lateral entry students who were taking admissions into btech after completing their diploma ,NRI scholorship is issued to the students for the first academic year of their study

Campus Life

The college has good labs for every department and also a good encouragement in sport's like basketball cricket volley ball and also the college have NCC and NSS to train their students in a well disciplined

Alumni/Alumna

Yes the old students are very Friendly and we have a WhatsApp group to discuss what are the conditions that outside of the college we are facing after completion of my graduation the old students means my seniors are explained with their experiences

Admission

By taking an entrance test ECET and joined through web counselling and certificate verification and after seat allotment process after allotment I joined in this college as per Andhra Pradesh government rules and fee structure

Faculty

Nice thy are well experienced and cleared any doubts on the subject and the faculty was friendly in nature with their students and motivate the students in a best way to develop their career and I'm so thankful to KIET faculty

Good and great

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placements from 6th semester after CRT training. Companies visited: TCS 120 offers, Wipro 85 offers, Accenture 60 offers, Infosys 50 offers, Capgemini 40 offers, Tech Mahindra 30 offers, some startups 2 to 5 offers each. Highest package is 7.5 LPA by EPAM Systems for developer role. Average package is 3.8 to 4.2 LPA for associate engineer and analyst roles. About 65 to 70 percent of CSE students get placed through campus. Others go for off campus, higher studies, or GATE. My plan after degree is to join a service based company and upskill in cloud to switch later.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I have chose mechanical (robotics). As they euipped with new equipment's of robotics I have inspired a lot and chose to go with this course. This course helps to understand the mechanical engineering an also robotics. It helps us to understand about the mechanism in hardware. It helps to understand about robot infrastructure and about drones. For this course if there is more depth in robotics subjects than it can better. The frequency and timing is good as they maintain a certain period of time gap between the exams and the difficulty level is also good. If studied for a week we can understand up to some level and have a chance to pass the exams.

Brief about college

Firstly I choose this college for the course availability and the fee structure for the course .At the time of joining , we don't have the course in any other college in our AP. The application process is very simple and we have to give Eamcet results by pdfs and some other details such as Name , Intermediate TC . if we get good rank ,they will accept . 1. I have got admission in Vignan college in Vizag, but in that college AIDS college is not available .So that I have choosen kakinada Institute of engineering and technology with AIDS course and with good fee structure. 2.yes , I have rejections from fee colleges .every college have their own cut off regarding rank . 3.In our college ,upto 90000 rank students who are eligible .
