Remarks

College has less students so better opportunity of having a good job. Campus is not permanent so a negative point. It's location is prime as it is in Delhi so its value will increase. Alumni still has good contacts and help tnp to get jobs. Seniors are always helping and listen to you.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

Course curriculum is very simple , it's a course of 4 years , with different branches such as CSE,ECE , EEE. There is a proper course structure with subjects and electives. Each course has some common subjects and some different too. The JEE mains structure is simple 11th and 12th class syllabus and aptitude basically. The entrance exam is as we all know is JEE mains one. The college exams are of 2 types , mid sem and end sem , 100 marks are distributed as 25 for midsem , 50 for endsem , 5 for attendance and 20 for continuous evaluation.

Placement Experience

5

Placement are quite good here. Last year i.e in 2018 ,the placements are over 95%+ and the average was also above 6 lacs and the highest package was 39lacs. A lot of good MNC visit college for placement such as amazon , Samsung etc. Job opportunities are quite good here and almost everyone gets the job. College also provides internship opportunities to 3rd year students , various companies has openings for internship in the summer breaks. Various professors also give option to intern under them and learn things from them. Overall the placement and internship opportunities are good and average pay is 6lacs + and stipend for internship is also good.

College Events

4.5

There are regularly normal events on various festivals and days such as independence day , republic day , hindi pakhwada etc. Other than these basic one , there are fests in the college Techfest - terra technica Cultural fest - Saptranga Last year both were combined and a bigger fest named Sentience was there. A lot of other events are there too based on seasons , festivals etc There are ethnic days celebration too. Also a sports fest is also there (Zeal) , in which all sports are played and best branch gets trophies and medals at the end.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee structure is different for different categories. Within general category , they are categorised as household income below 1 lac , between 1-5 lacs , above 5 lacs. Fees is feasible for all I can say , as its according to the household income so everyone can pay it.

Fees and Financial Aid

Scholarships are there provided by the government such as scholarship for minorities and categories based on merit and numbers in semesters. Various government run scholarship are there can be found on scholarship.gov.in Loan facility is also there by a bank linked to the college. So a student can get loan or scholarship.

Campus Life

4

There are various extra curricular activities such as sports , yoga and various events. Sports facilities are quite good , special coaches are there for each sport and student can learn after college timing. Labs are not as good , as it's on a temporary campus so all proper equipments are not there.but still it's good. Overall activities are nice.

Alumni/Alumna

Alumni network is not as strong as it is only a 9 years old institute , but as times goes on it will increase at exponential level , as no. Of seats will increase. Senior students are good , the interaction is very well with them. They are quite helpful and also helps in any problem.

Admission

The admission is via tha JEE mains rank and later counseling of JosAa , once you get results of jee mains , fill the form of JosAa counseling , then according to the ranks cut off lists will be there , total 7 rounds are there , if you have a lower rank you have higher chances of getting admission. There are various types of quotas for admission i.e. sc/St , OBC, girls quota , PWD quota etc. According to your rank and cutoff list you can get admission in the college.

Faculty

4

The faculty are of 2 types , the permanent one and the one on contract. Faculties are nice and well qualified. Most of them are PhD from IIT and prestigious institutes. Lab assistant are also good. Faculty teach very well too. Overall faculty us nice in the college.

Placement Experience:

Placements at my college are average, students become eligible from around the 5th semester. A few companies visit for recruitment, offering roles in entry level positions. The average package is moderate, while higher package are limited. Around 70 to 80% of students get placed. I plan to focus on skill development and explore better opportunities after completing my degree.

The placements of MAIT are decent as compared to market conditions. But the data shown on website or availble at various platforms is not the reality. The mass chunk of students who get a job are placed under and around 6LPA package.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is very relevant as it contains useful concepts which a management student should know. And the concepts are very comprehensive and easy to understand. Examples are given in the curriculum which prepares us for the real world. Some teachers use the presentation based teaching which is good and should be encouraged. The exams are not that difficult for one who is atleast decent in studies.

Placements are available in college, the drive is quite extensive, everyone is made aware of the choices and options and counselling is present too. It is from the third year, students are eligible to apply for placements. Companies and organisations take part such as Niti ayog, Times, Geostrata, Prajatantra foundation, etc. Those who desire usually work on their CVs, keep on doi internships and then get a placement. The packages are not that impressive to be honest.

I got a seat in Ramjas College. It is a north-campus college. The infrastructure is too good compared to the remaining colleges. The teaching also going well but I faced some language problems. I'm from south India so I don't understand Hindi properly. But here mostly they teach in Hindi only and English is used very rarely.
