MIT Kothrud is now MIT-WPU

The positive thing of the college is that it provides the quality education as well as very good platform for the students. The negative thing is that the fee structure of the college is quite expensive and because of trimester pattern student gets very less time for completion of one course.

In MIT there is trimester pattern means you have to give exam three times per year. Each trimester includes 5 subject in which 4 are technical and 1 is non-technical which is mainly peace subject. So because of this the pressure is less on students but there is very less time for preparation for exams.

Placements are very good the college has 32 MOU's with the companies and will be increasing in the two years.the Average salary here is 6.08 LPA. Yes, this college provides internship for every student almost every student who is sinsicere will get the internships in this college.

There are many events which takes place here in MIT such as mit-aarohan which is one of the largest cultural fest in pune.in this fest many celebrities come to perform and another events are technical events such as texephyr in this event all technical stuff are done.

The fee structure is quite expensive. The fees of this college is 2.95 lakhs per year.but this is because of the college provides an international as well as national tour which makes this college unique.but then also I think the fee structure is quite expensive.

The scholarship that the college gives that you must have 150+ in cet or 200+ in jee then you can get 50% off on your college fees and also if you are in the top 3 in your department then also you can get 50% off.

Every year the college holds a competition which is called summit in this competition all colleges participate in various kinds of sports.this college has football ground as well as a basket ball court.it also includes all indoor games.the labs in this college are also very good the college spends over 10lakh for one lab.

As the college has just became a private deemed university so there are no such alumni of the college.but when the college was in sppu university the alumni network is good they are now well settled and even they have a good package now.

From the official website we have to register ourselves then fill up the details of your 12th academics performance such as jee marks and cet marks then according to the declaration of merit list you have to take admission.

Faculty in the college is very nice almost all the faculties are having M.Tech degree most of them also have many research papers they know every student personally as well as they are very helpful, for one subject there are at least three faculty members that is very nice.
