Remarks

Very good college and ambiance infrastructure is really very good and teaching facility is also very amazing and there is very tough competition in college amongst the students and the life out there is really amazing

Course Curriculum Overview

The course which i am doing right now is really very interesting and is about commercial studies and the exam structure is also very good and it happens twice a year known as semester exams and it contains 100 marks

Placement Experience

There are placement and job opportunities provided by the college and one gets these opportunities by there overall performance in there college life and also by the marks they got in there exams and college also provides us with internship

College Events

There are many events celebrated in our college some of them are freshers , independence day teachers day saraswati puja childrens day there is also a clutural fest organised by college named as ripples

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fees structure is kind of feesable and is paid through draft or payorder and the amount is 30000 a year which is not really very expensive compared to other colleges out there with the facilities provided by the college this amount looks nominal

Fees and Financial Aid

There are a lot of scholarship provided by the college in the merit of education in the merit of sports in the merit of talent and there also a lot of loan facilities provided by the college for cst gc obc

Campus Life

There are a lot of extra circular activites organised by the college such as debate competitions basketball competitions cricket competitions and much much more and every activity is rewarded by a certificate

Alumni/Alumna

Seniors of these college are really very amazing and helpful and they do gel up well with the new comers and the alumni members of the college are also really good and we get only positive vibes after talking to them

Admission

I got admission in the college through its online procedure all the information was given in its website and the things i was not able to understand i asked it from the college staff and they were really very kind to help

Faculty

The faculty of the college is really very amazing and the teachers out there are really very amazing and talented and helpful and has an amazing knowledge about the subject which they are teaching and they are really very talented

St Joseph's college a Decent one

Placement Experience:

Placements were not there earlier. But our batch was the first one to get placement at St Joseph's College Darjeeling. To be honest It is not a college you should target if you are looking for placement. The companies were too small . The roles are way to entry level . Highest placement was around 40000 per month but it was an inside sales role so many opt out. There is not official data about placement . My plan was to look for off campus jobs.

Placement Experience:

from 3rd semester, students become eligible for campus placement. Various Jewelleries company has visited, and even companies like Google, Tata and many has visited. As per i know the highest package were in lacs per month. The college provides 100% placement. After getting the degree, I'll do masters in business administration.

I did chose this course to learn more about accounting and finance and the cirriculum prepares you perfectly for the real world. The exams were conducted very soon in few semester only giving 3 months for the students to prepare . the professors were good at teaching and somehow used to complete the syllabus

SXC is invaluable to me!

Placement Experience:

Highest package of our program has been 20 lakhs. Companies like EY, DeShaw, ITC, CESC and many others which are multi billion dollar groups were the ones which are invited for placements. Batch size including morning and evening is of 400 students and nearly 200 gets placements in dream companies. Roles of business analyst and accounting are provided and SAP is taught in our college so those who know that gets job easily.

You need to score a minimum of 75% aggregate in your board exams to get into our college. The admission process is relatively easy and all you need to do is just fill out the admission form on the official website of the college and submit it online after paying an amount of 500.
