Well-disciplined culture is followed in our college. The proximity of industry within our college benefits students a lot. Our college is known for its better lab facilities, placements, and excellent alumni network.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is set according to NBA accreditation and it is reviewed every 5 years. The exam structure is of 3 Continuous assessments and one final semester examination. The final semester examination consists of 5 questions each question according to one-course outcomes.
Placement Experience
The placements are good and every student has the opportunity to get placed in a good company. Yes, our college provides internships and it's mandatory for all students.I personally went for 3 months internship in an automobile company.
College Events
Every year our college conducts INTRAMS -an intercultural event. And an academic point of view, they conduct KRIYA-an intercollege techno fest. Apart from that, several clubs and associations conduct events periodically like ASME, AMEAWC, etc.
Fee Structure And Facilities
the fee is feasible for all students. Aided seats are quiet for middle-class students and self-supporting courses are equally affordable for all students. Students from all states of India are trying to get seats in our college.
Fees and Financial Aid
There are many scholarships available to students based on their caste, and community. Yes, our college also provides a loan facility for students. Especially, students with good educational qualifications are benefitted much.
Campus Life
Yes, our college supports extracurricular activities. In the first year, there will be 3 week induction program for freshers to know much about the clubs and associations in our college. Our college has an active team in all sports like cricket,sepaktakraw, football, ball badminton, and kho-kho.
Hostel Facilities
I have opted for the hostel facility. The hostel infrastructure is good and it is affordable too. Morning food is not up to the mark.Weekly 3-time non-veg is provided. The token system is followed for providing nonveg to students. Hot water is also provided from 6.30 am to 5.00 pm
Alumni/Alumna
Our alumni network is good. They also keenly provide job opportunities for students. Some of our alumni have taken the initiative to afford students with poor financial backgrounds. They also help in improving lab facilities, infrastructure, etc.
Admission
I got 197.5 cutoff marks in the 12th standard public examination. Anna University general counseling will be conducted and required college will be allotted to students depending upon cutoff marks. I got admission through this general counseling.
Faculty
Each faculty has the wide industry knowledge and hands-on experience in their domain. Moreover, they are doing a Ph.D. which enables them to learn new things further. And it is mandatory to do a Ph.D. for faculties in our college.
