Academic Qualification

• GCSEs: Several grades of A (7) and A* (8-9), with a minimum of grade B (6) in English and Mathematics.
• A-levels:
  • Standard Admission: Require is AAA.
  • Contextual admissions: Require AAB.
• AS Levels: Considered if available.
• A-level Subject Combinations: At least two traditional academic subjects preferred, such as History, English, Economics, Government and Politics, Sociology, Geography, languages, Psychology, and Philosophy.
• Mathematics & Further Mathematics: Considered less competitive if combined with only one other subject.
• IB Diploma:
  • Standard Admission: Require 38 points overall, including 766 at higher level.
  • Contextual admissions: require 37 points overall, including 666 at higher level.

NOTE:

• AAA with A in Mathematics: Three A-levels with A, A, A, including A in Mathematics.
• AAB with A in Mathematics: Three A-levels with A, A, B, including A in Mathematics.

 Country Specific Requirements

• A-level Grade: Equivalent in Indian Higher Secondary School Certificate/Standard 12.
• A*AA: Overall average of 95%+ with 3 subjects at 95%+ and 2 subjects at 90%+.
• AAA: Overall average of 90%+ with 5 subjects at 90%+.
• AAB: Overall average of 85%+ with 1 or more subjects at 90%+.
• Mathematics: A*/A 95% in Mathematics for A* in A-level or 90% for A in A-level Mathematics.
• Mathematics Requirement: Standard Maths preferred but Applied Maths is acceptable.
• Other Indian Boards: 80-85%+ in each subject, along with an accepted international qualification

English Language Requirement

• IELTS Academic: 7.0 overall and 7.0 in each component.
• TOEFL iBT: 100 overall, minimum: 27 Writing, 25 Reading, 24 Listening, 24 Speaking.
• IGCSE English (Language) as First Language: Grade B/6 with additional requirements.
• International Baccalaureate (IB) - English A:
  • Higher Level: any grade.
  • Standard Level: at least 6.
• International Baccalaureate (IB) - English B: 7 points at Higher Level.
• Bellerbys Academic English Skills (AES): Minimum score of 70%.
• Cambridge C1 Advanced (CAE): 185 points overall and 185 in each component (one sitting).
• Cambridge C2 Proficiency (CPE): 185 points overall and 185 in each component (one sitting).
• GCSE English Language: Grade B/6 or above.
• Trinity College London Integrated Skills: Level III overall with distinction in each component
