Anurag B.Tech CSE Hons Admission 2026

Admissions to B.Tech {Hons.} (Computer Science and Engineering) at Anurag University for the 2026-27 batch are currently ongoing. The Honours (Data Science) component is awarded to eligible B.Tech CSE students who opt for the Data Science Honours track and successfully complete the additional 18 credits. Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with a minimum of 45% marks overall.
• A minimum of 60% aggregate marks in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry in the qualifying examination is required for direct/management quota admission.
• For the Honours component specifically: students must secure a CGPA of 7.5 or above by the end of Semester 2 with no backlogs in any previous semester to register for the Data Science Honours track.

Admission Process

• Appear for TG EAPCET 2026 (Engineering stream, exam on May 9-11, 2026) or AnuragCET 2026 or JEE Main 2026.

Anurag B.Tech CSE Hons Scholarships 2026

Anurag University offers a robust scholarship programme for meritorious students, covering up to 100% of the total tuition fee. Scholarships are automatically granted at the time of admission based on rank in AnuragCET or TG EAPCET/JEE Main, and are continued annually subject to maintaining a CGPA of 8.0 or above with no backlogs. Government scholarships are also available for socially backward categories admitted through the Convener quota.

• 50% concession in tuition fee is available for government junior college students with TG EAPCET rank below 20,000.

• Government scholarships for SC/ST students are available for those with parental income below Rs. 2 lakhs per annum; for BC/EBC/Minority students, parental income must be below Rs. 1 lakh per annum.
• A minimum attendance of 75% is mandatory to remain eligible for government scholarships.
• Branch toppers receive a cash prize of Rs. 5,000; overall school toppers receive Rs. 10,000; the Sri Palla Raghava Reddy Memorial Gold Medal is awarded to the topper of each school.
• Examination fee is waived for differently-abled students.
