KIET University Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

From the third semester placements were started and TCS was the mass recruiter. Other companies such as Google, Capegemini, Happiest Minds and others also visited the campus and offered MCA students thae offers similar to that of B.Tech students. One trivia that MCA students were chosen over B.Tech students. Placements percentage was close to 100% as almost everyone was given a fair shot and most of us had placements sorted through campus itself.

The Harsh reality is that the placements of my college are not good placement around here. the students are eligible for campus placement from 7 semester onwards the companies like Google Microsoft TCS Wipro often visit our college there are around good students of number getting placed

KIET College has good placements and 80% of students are placed in multiple companies like TCS, Infosys, Accenture, Cognizant etc. But because of latest tech companies layoffs trends hiring is not so good in KIET. Some companies are there, but they are not getting good college in the campus

The course curriculum is relevant according to the university norms and consider every student learning from scratch. There are different events and hackathon organised in which you meet real industry experience and prepare for further academic pursuits. The timing of the exams is quite hectic. There are two exams every month's which makes not time' for personal study

from 7 semester you are eligible for placement. company like accenture ,capegemini,hcl,mahindra,cisco,tcs,infosys,etc highest package is about 53 lakh and average is about 4 lakh . at this scenerio 60% but priviously it was about 98%

companies like tcs , wipro ,capgemini ,accenture, infosys, HCL etc are the main recruiters. the average package is 5 lac and the highest package was offered was 48.89 CTC to a cse students.i will give the GATE exams

Curriculum is old and teaching techniques are dated as compared to today's competitive world. Present curriculum doesn't seem relevant to find job in MNC company the syllabus the teachers is useful and it is based on the faculty of the relevant subject

Since this college is affliated with aktu so it follows aktu guided syllabus. In the curriculum we have many useful subjects like machine learning, big data, DSA, C, python etc. but we need self study to gain the practical knowledge as we get only overview of the subjects in the curriculum.

Students will eligible in 7 sem for placement group and companies should provides different offers like 2 lpa, 3 lpa etc . The highest package will offer tilll date is 26 lpa and lowest package will offer is 2 lpa. Minimum percentage will required is 70 and my plan after getting degree is doing Mtech or business

I choose because success rate is very high in modern time in the tech field like web development other .the curriculum prepare very well ready for new challenge to phase in modern time .It is important to improve the old subject curricular activities and made the modern time.three times should be in exam.
