I got it through councelling, but certainly there are other better colleges so try to get into those colleges first, private universities have their own drawbacks so try to get into first tier colleges to get a good exposure. However the education system of our country is not at all good but we can't really help it, so just try to get into a course where you are willing to work all by yourself.
