Likes

Teacher are good, labs are better , bus facility is good.
There is a policy of tfw scheme for meritorious students who score good mark in both jee and academics .other scholarships are also encouraged like emedhabruti.
About placement variety company are coming . courses like m.tech, b.tech, bsc are available. there are so many streams in every department. a very big library with wide range of books of every domain.classes are good ,clean .

Dislikes

The placement scenario for our branch is very bad; very few companies visited during our session.
The hostel facilities of this college is not so good , the food we get here is the worst that every 3 days in a week we need to go for restaurant and dhabas.
Financial and scholarship are only provided to the bonafied students by the state government, there are no institutional scholarship available.

Mediocre life at NIST

Likes

I liked the most about my English faculty
The 2nd thing that I liked is about friends
Third thing is the community of people in the campus

Dislikes

The most disliked thing is non-cooperation of college
Second thing is the 75% attendence criteria
Third things is some of the faculty members

Placement Experience:

The campus placement offered by the college is approx 40% but the annual package offered is quite low. The average salary offered is only 3.5 lakhs per annum. Most of the students try offcampus placements

Likes

I liked college infrastructure and location
I like college big indoor stadium and swimming pool area
I like college lab and experiments class

Dislikes

I dislike in poor quality of food in canite
I dislike many house spent in class and.
I dislike transport facility of my college it is very poor

I am rate my course 8 out of 10 because very best cariculam fully pratical knowledge based and so I am join this college and teachers are very good and friendly nature . And exam difficulty level is medium.

Honesty review abour NIST

Likes

Indoor stadium of college is so big and beautiful
Swimming pool of the college every week we go for swim
Hostel life is so good and fun we all lived together and learn manythings

Dislikes

Semester exam are pass very quickly and we need to prepare fast
Hostel room is small and water problem in the hostel
Campus is so far away from the town and we facw difficult to travel to town for some work

Placement Experience:

In final year student can sit in the placement. There are many companies visited to our college including pwc, Accenture, IBM, Infosys etc and no. of offer also good more than 300+ offers. The highest placement in our college is around 15-18 lakhs And average package is 4lakh.

Likes

Campus is very beautiful and good environment
Friendly environment in hostel every one in hostel are good and friendly
Club activities that organised every week in our college

Dislikes

Regular classes to fulfill attendance criteria for exams
someday mess food is very bad and very hard to eat
Less holiday in our college even after our semester exam we less day holiday

Placement Experience:

From th final year student are eligible for placement for campus recruitment. The company visited on our college is pwc, knowledge lens, comviva, Accenture,Tech Mahindra and many more and the no of offer made is more than 300. The highest package in our college is 19lakh and average is 4 lakh. Percentage of student placed is 70%

Likes

I love the green lush campus of NIST. It's very beautiful
I love the support from teachers and seniors
I love the fest and sports in nist college

Dislikes

I don't like the food in the cafeteria. Very poor quality
The bus facilities are very poor. So much rush for the local students
The size of NIST campus is small as compared to the students intake

I was influenced by the real time work effort from the college syllabus as they prepare us for the technology which have a boom in the industry. The teaching method must be more smart and good enough for jobs

Course Curriculum Overview:

The fee structure is around 121000 per year which is reasonable excluding the hostel fees. If a student want to stay in hostel he/she has to pay an extra amount. There are regular buses there for local students also.
