During our second year (3rd sem) onwards, they begin to provide placement classes every week with guests from outside. They also provide frequent workshops for students. I don't have much idea of the placement rates.

Noorul Islam:My Life Within

From the seventh semester students are eligible for the campus placement.Some of the top companies which had visited were TCS,Tech Mahindra etc.The highest package was 5lpa and lowest was 2.5lpa.Approx 40% of the students were placed.I've planned to study further and take a job accordingly.

My college adventure

In this college, campus selection is very good. There are more opportunities given by this college. 3rd and 4th year is the time for the campus selection. 60 per cent of students get college placement. the package is starting from 10000 and above.

Campus interview takes place at the end of the 7th semester. Students who have cleared all the papers before the 7th sem are eligible for campus interview. Companies like Amazon, wipro, and hcl, will be there for placements. We have to apply to the placement cell before the interview. The companies will offer a salary range between 15000 and 20000. 40% of the students will get placed each year. I have planned to do Nebosh IGC and wanted to work in the safety sector.

My Review

HDFC, Edelweiss and some software companies from Technopark Trivandrum were participated for the placement in my phase. Placement cell ensured almost all students? participation on it. Average 30-40% of placement are happening among the students.

There are many companies come for placement i think many of my friends are placed companies are Caterpiller, Royal enfield, TCS, Noorul Islam University (NIU) will soon be rigging up its own satellite and launching it too with government help the Rs.5 crore satellite will be used for agricultural applications and also facilitate higher education the satellite fabrication would be done under the watchful guidance of 18 former Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) employees who now work at the Noorul Islam College of Engineering.
