The campus story (Sapthagiri Nps university)

Likes

The college has a good infrastructure and it has a massive campus .
The teacher are well qualified and most of the teachers are really experienced.
The safety of the students is very important it will be very safe inside the campus.

Dislikes

The roads and cleanliness of the city and sorroundings of college is really bad and dusty
As some part of construction going on in parking lot the vehicles are supposed to park in the other corner of campus which if far from class to parking lot.
Basically the college doesn’t have a cricket ground which is really sad.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Electrical is one of the basic technological courses which is basement for all the other courses. The practical labs and equipments are applicable for real life The teaching method is actually good and will be useful for students The exam timmings is just regular 3 hours for an examination

THE COLLEGE

Likes

The college even tho it is small it has a good vibe to it and even more fun if you are a local
They are very helpful in terms of pushing the students to achieve good marks
They keep conducting branch fests and hackathon and even kreedothsava which is the sports fest

Dislikes

The teachers are not that great to be honest
there are some teachers who are like really good but they all act as if we are some school kids
they conduct ptm and send messages if you miss classes

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is a bit outdated but it has nothing to do with college as it is affiliated soon now they are gonna add their own courses with their own setup as it is a tie up with NPS so you can expect some nice courses coming out of it

A good college to pursue your degree

Likes

Bus facility is good and the bus stop is near
Faculties are supportive and well educated
They provide internships and placements opportunity

Dislikes

The environment is not good and there is alot of dust
Campus is not good and there is a lot of disturbance n
No fests and programs takes place in the college

Placement Experience:

There are placement opportunities for courses like computer science and information science and electronic and communication. Package will be approximately 3 to 4 lakhs per annum. There is no guarantee for the placements

What you should know about sapthagiri

Likes

I really liked the faculty here. The teachers in my department are very understanding and supporting. They have always been by my side.
I have got some really amazing friends in this college. From the first day of the college, they have been so good to me.
Events done here are really entertaining, i love to take part in all of it. I even gave a dance performance recently.

Dislikes

The campus is kind off messy right now. Because of the construction work going on.. That is a bit bad.
Canteen doesn't provide us a wide variety of food items to eat. I really hope they add more items.

Placement Experience:

Our college provides very good placements, sometimes it might not be related to the subject which we have studied. It's better to go for higher studies or go in search of job in companies in the outer world. The highest package was 12LPA, that is actually a very good salary to be placed at.

The students are eligible for placement from the 7th semester Some of companies are Capgemini, TCS, Infosys etc The highest package is around 10lakh and average package around 4lakh 80 percentage of students are placed

Its all about sapthagiri college of engineering

Likes

Good, supportive, and knowledgeable teaching faculties
Located is easily commutable location, in main city
Its affordable compared to other college in bangalore

Dislikes

The campus of college is always under construction
The total area of compus is small compared to other college
College festa and sports are not much supposed

From 6 semester the students are eligible for the placements Some of companies are capgemini, tcs, and infosys The highest package is 28 lack and average package is around 4lack around 50 persentage of students are placed

Lecturers,the way things are thought, importance given with respect to placement, placement training offered

Dislikes

Campus Life as there is no proper infrastructure
No fests been conducted no minimum entertainment

Placement Experience:

Students who are in the 6th sem without any backlog with a minimum cgpa of 7 and above are eligible for placement. The highest package as of now is 11lpa and the average package is 3lpa. Companies like Infosys Slk Wipro are been recruiting students from the college. Almost of about 90% of people are being placed by college.

Good Jolly Friends,We enjoy a lot and make lot of memories along with the studies

Dislikes

College fest, college rarely conduct fest as the construction is going
College Placement many of our seniors got placed but sad part is they didn't recieve offer letters
Infrastructure, still the construction is going on...It is barrier for the college fest

I choose my career as Engineering because I had very strong grip in mathematics it's one of my Favourite subject.Even I love creating my own websites,app laughing overall I love to code.So,Engeering in Computer Science background was the best course to explore myself.Im Happy to be an engineering graduate Coming on to faculty:Really lucky to have them because they are soo sweet interactive.Not matter at what time they clear out my doubts.They are very interactive. Coming on to exams: It's very easy to score marks if you do some smart works like referring to previous year papers fetch you more marks.But the duration of my course Is very short what I left because vtu used to conduct exams in 4months actually I was a 6month course.I was some what heptic my teachers used to screw us for getting the this done.Rest all its fine nd well
