SIT Bhubaneswar Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

I had given Jee mains but couldn't afford to sit for jee advanced,I could have easily got a seat in any government college but I had heard alot about this college and then read on collegedunia website itself and decided to end up here.

According to my rank in Jee main, this was the best college I could get. Further the fee structure being lesser than any other private engineering institute,it becomes a major point to take admission in this college. Though they take the annual fees all at a time instead of taking it semester wise as done in any other colleges.

One of my close senior was graduated from this college and was placed in TCS,he suggested me to get admission in this college because the faculties take care of each and every detail of their students. Though they take the annual fees at a time (unlike other colleges where fees is taken semester wise),they provide all the necessary facilities.

I wanted to appear the Jee advanced but due to one mishappening I could not appear it. I would have taken admission in any college in Bihar but I chose this because it's a well known college and I was getting my choice of branch as well.

Companies such as TCS, Wipro, Accenture, Infosys seem to be the major companies which come for recruitment. Other than these, many other companies also approach college. This year some of my batchmates have also been placed in Amazon.

This year many students have also been placed in Amazon and this comes to us as an opportunity as well as a matter of pride. The Entrepreneur cell of the college can guide us with our ideas if we are serious about any start-up and can also help us financially to do the same.

Unfortunately, I didn't score much in Jee mains and therefore had to go for admission in private colleges and then this college came to my vision and I chose it because it was the best amongst all the private engineering colleges in Bhubaneswar.

It seemed to have the best hostel facilities and frankly speaking I was lured by the big name of the college,but it hasn't yet put down my expectations except for the food quality in mess. In my rank,I would not have got any better college than this.

It is known for it's academic excellence. Situated at such a lovely place. It's a place where you can cherish your talent. It's beyond teaching. But, you will be getting burdened with studies. So if you are not a study loving, book worm type of person, please avoid this college.

Silicon institute of technology, Bbsr is well known in Odisha for Technical studies. Also, known for providing 100% placement to it's students. It imparts quality education and the faculties here are good.
