The faculty was good and responsible, easy available of references and easy understanding, well professionalized lectures
The opportunity for scholarships and placements is also top-class at andhra university.
My experience in my college was pretty good.they have good faculty and facilities in the classroom and the classroom and washroom are kept clean .they provide labs for physics and chemistry,and also they celebrate annual fests and farewells and sports

Dislikes

The faculty here are very much experienced and well known about the subject but the prblm here is that they just teach us about the subject and go but no one will let you ask if you understand it or not.
Nothing much but there will be disparities between students and it is difficult to get seat in wished group
I dislike the college b?cause they is only some placement for the course

One of the best moments in my college days and mostly my monkey friends

The college atmosphere is soo pleasant day
And everyone is very friendly nature and respect every one
And our senior are so funny people and like friends

Dislikes

Actually I was so scared that time because senior are ragging
And boys are teaching everyone and they are so useless
And what ever I miss those days and every one is remember that college days

Actually I'm a Bi.p.c student that means botany, physics, chemistry this is my syllabus once time I was so scared because I don't know English very well and I was joining English medium college so that exam I don't understand that syllabus and what they are saying and every one is helping me with any exam , and study whatever

Better for study and NCC & NSS but to improve facilities
Better social interaction with students and teachers
senior faculty and experience is good but some people angry

Dislikes

I don't like period timings and some teachers behaviour
I don't like one teacher behaviour and teaching
and I don't like class timings when I study

Placement Experience:

Last semester is beacome eligible for placements lot of companies are visited my college like hetero laboratories and Reddy's laboratories ect and some students got chances to work in that companies minimum 30 % percentage of students getting high package I think 120000 per year

It's is good college to study

Way of explanation of the teacher and sir's
I liked the lab materials and components is very highly expensive
I liked mostly the library books that I can read any kind of books which I like

Dislikes

The things which I dislike is the way of projectors is not working properly
The play ground is not sufficient for playing any sports
The things which I dislike is the computer systems is not properly worked

I would like the courses which I taken in my college because in electronics and communication engeneering we can do the job in any software company or any core company.So I like the electronics and communication engeneering .

College never show intrest on fests or any events
Low placement opportunities one must work very hard to placement

The civil engineering in au college has a various labs and different unique subjects and highly educated staff and this college is best for civil stream cause the labs and subjects are very very best the semister has 6months

I live furnitures there is more comfortable to use and class to see.
I like smart laptop and personal computers.
I like to eat prawns curry, sandwich mamos, samosa

Dislikes

I don't like mutton curry to eat which has bone
I don't like plain meals to eat outside and home
I don't like darkness and don't like movies

Likes

The way of teaching of our faculty is intime and good communication skills to improve ours students
Management is to provides good facilities like u r interested things like education, culturals, sports etc
The displane of the students should be grateful things to control the students by staff is very good

Dislikes

The staff is irregular 1 subject is explaning too many faculities .
The staff is arrogent and very seriously behavior with the students
The faculty is didn't support to the student any they are discouraging

The equal of boys and girls ratio helped me create collaborate and inclusive environment
Faculty members were knowledgeable and approachable offering knowledge and experience both inside and outside.
A dedicated placement cell actively conducted workshops mock interviews and inclusive environment friendly

Dislikes

Insufficient place in library during peak times
While placements were decent more effort could be directed towards diversifying the pool of companies.
Some faculties such as labs sports equipment could use upgrades.

I rate curriculum 10 out of 7 because in some areas it would be difficult to approach in such manners teaching methods need to improve like some technical methods and course curriculum need to improve

I like my college surrounding with greenary and Watchmens nature
I like the teacher teaching because they are good at teaching It was helpful for us to improve my skills
I like the rules of the college beaches they are very strict with their rules

Dislikes

I don't like the one thing and that was they are close the gate exact 9am morning because someone are come form long distance what about their situation
I don't like another thing in my college and that was they didn't conduct any cultural activities
I don't like another thing in my college and that was my college staff was strick in class they always shouting with their students

Placement Experience:

From the 5th semester we get an campus placements in my college Wipro Infosys Accenture and they get many offers The highest package in my college was 10lakhs package the average package was 3lakhs per annum 80 percentage of people got the placements After the degree I choose the best option for career

My B-tech life journey

Likes

Lab facility, curiculum, nice environment,
Skill development courses aptitude classes, english fluency tests
library , Cantine, sports, practicals held in our core subject

Dislikes

Hostel facility and Hostel food is not enough for the students
faculty are not so punctual in classes only few faculty are punctual
Events are not done in my college . Other college tournaments will also held in our college ground

Course Curriculum Overview:

Firstly I choose this stream because i like electronics and the subjects semiconductors, semi conductor device modelling,digital electronics. And my proffesors helped so much to improve my academics and also im gate qualified student with 75AIR in the year of 2024 all those because of our academic standards.

Likes

I like the teaching faculty and the computer lab is most
Along with the studies there will be also cultural fests organised by the college management
Also, many different workshops are also conducted apart from studies to enhance our knowledge towards the 21st era

Dislikes

The condonation amount is high whenever the attendance is below 75 percentage

The curriculum of the course defined is absolutely fantastic and neat and clean. Very well defined through PDF, notes and also practical explanation in the lab. Whereas teh semster exams are conducted in a well organized environment and proper water facility with good invigilation

One of my friends graduated from Andhra University. According to him, it is very reputed among students as well as professionals. But like every other institution, it also has its fair share of positives and negatives. Let me share them with you which you can analyze later on.

Pros:

It is one of the oldest universities in the country, hence has a great alumni network.
The student intake in each department is 30-60, which benefits the student-teacher interaction.
Each department has its own dedicated library consisting of several books, magazines, journals, and other study materials.
The campus is huge, covering 600 acres.
They have the biggest sports ground. Students are also provided with a gym and basketball court.
The entire campus is wifi enabled.

Cons:

The placements are average. The number of companies visiting the college has gradually decreased.
The lab equipment is not well maintained or upgraded.
Andhra University follows the age-old curriculum with little to no changes.
Students are told to put more emphasis on theoretical learning than practical.
Exams are mostly based on theories rather than practicals.

Overall, it is an above-average institution. It may not be like the IITs or NITs but still works well. It is suggested that you opt for this only if you have missed the opportunity to study in the IITs or NITs.
