KU WOMENS REVIEW

Likes

Campus is situated in the centre of city so that the transport facilities are readily available
Ground facility is best for the students who is interested in sports
The lab facilities provided by college are excellent

Dislikes

Our campus don't provide hostel facilities
Coming to placements they are not satisfactory
Coming to internships they are not providing

The syllabus that our college follows that is it belongs to Kakatiya University. The examination conducted to truly based on subject knowledge. Coming to teaching methods there are some drawbacks in but it will be much less compared to other colleges

There is no placment by the college for student
I dont like tha gilrs and boys combined in this college
The college so far from my home thats why i have chosen hotel

Infrastructure was good with everything installed as modern teaching
Labs were with good equipment where everyone student will acquire chance to use best
Faculty were super qualified and hold phd in various research areas

Dislikes

As it is out to city to go and chill we need go to city
Class rooms were equipped with everything but benches was old ones
Placements were decreased and AVG package gone down

Placement Experience:

almost 80-90 % students will be placed who opted for placement and training drive where they will be provided industrial training for placements but as recession is going on placements were decreased alternative to this we have a largest innovation and incubation centre for startups which has every facility and even funding also you only need an idea everything will be done by their support

College Faculty and availability of books in central library
College infrastructure and availability of labs

Placement Experience:

Students from 5th semester are eligible for campus placements. There will be proper training for students in different fields to get placed in companies. Companies like TSC, Wipro, Accenture, Amazon will visit the college every year. Highest package ki 20 LPA and average package is 5 LPA.

Student friends faculty with great knowledge.
Spacious rooms and well secured hostel with warden and cc tv cameras
Vast library with innumerable books and journals.

Dislikes

Far away from cities. Transportation is a bit difficult.
Syllabus is vast and difficult to cover.
We don't have enough equipments in the laboratory

Course curriculum is good. It is a bit difficult if we are not concentrating on studies. We should listen to classes regularly and follow the notes explained by the faculty. We have enough adequate faculty.

Our college campus is vast and peaceful with full of lush green plants and gardens
Faculty has very good knowledge to share with students
We have a library with great collection of books

Dislikes

Walking all along the pathway to our block and stepping up stairs is too difficult
Shifting from one block to another is really waste of time

Placement Experience:

We are eligible for placements from 7th semester. Wipro, Cognizant, Amazon, Accenture, Mindtree, TCS and many other companies visited our college. Highest package offered is 31 lakhs and on an average we were offered around 4-5 lakhs

According to my friends from Kakatiya University, their CSE branch is better than other branches. Due to the flexibility of the branch, you can easily learn through self-study.

You can learn about CSE online from various resources. You will have enough time to explore the subjects that you like. The placement opportunities offered at KU are average. The median CTC offered is around 3-4 LPA.

Overall, KU is a decent option for pursuing a degree in CSE, if you are willing to learn on your own.
