Life at HCU

Fees and Financial Aid:

Yearly fees is 6000. That is nominal. I receive INSPIRE scholarship that is 60000 per year. Hostel fees is 1000 per year. And then there is mess fees that comes approximately 3000 per month that is 36000 per year So per year expense is 43000 appx.

In one year there are two semesters. In each semester the semester fees is 20000. So, yearly 40000( all fees are included in this such as tuition fees, caution fees, registration fees, admission fees, development fees, lab fees, medical fees and the other compulsory charges. This University is located at telengana so telengana government provides Epass scholarship, by that Telengana students parents are not government employee can study free of cost. There is one University fellowship where University provide ?1000/per month for 1500 students (for students who belongs to lower annual income i.e less than 2lac per year).

A RIDE THROUGH UOHCU

I have paid around ?15000 for two years i.e., for four semesters. Fee structure is obviously less for SC,ST, PWD students. UoH got the Institute of Eminence status and receives fund from UGC and so, the fee are most likely to remain stagnant. Mess, Hostel registration fee is around ?4000 (once in the course time) and average mess bill for the month will be ?2500. There's a University Health Insurance scheme and also connected hospital which costs ?2000 per year and covers nearly ?1 lakh hospital bill UoH has got its institute scholarship scheme which helps with an aid of ?1000 per month on disburse the sum once in a semester. Students from Telangana also receive additional scholarships from the State Government of Telangana. Students can also attain various UGC, Central Government merit scholarships.

For now , I completed my 1st sem yearly fee including hostel will be 70150. For sem 1 30190/- And for sem2 24960 and again sem 3 30190/- it repeats like this. For everyone same fee . Tution fees is nearly 20000/- . I came to this university through jee mains . Scholarships and fellowships are there in university . We have ts epass, dag etc

Important review

We should pay approximately 1 lalh per annum for all the necessaries including hostel and tuition.There are scholarships available within state scholarship and DAG scholarship which provides pocket money for the students.

A honest review of UOH from a student who is currently pursuing imtech degree from UOH

I am to pay 50000 as a tution fee in a year which includes everything except mess bill which we have to say separately and its variable depends on how many days you eat in mess. All have same fee structure yeah but some of my batchmates avail scholarship based on there category and state they belong.

When I came in I paid around 14 thousand, after than secend semester 3800 for semester registration, next semester I paid 5700, and all the upcoming semesters I paid 38000 and 5700. Mess bill for basic is around 3000 For financial assistance they give 1000 rupees per month, and that's it

University of Hyderabad -My dream university

I have 4 semesters in 2 years.Usually I do pay fee per semester .but the year wise fees is 10000 , which includes the hostel fee and sem registration fee For other categories of students like SC,and ST they don't have to pay any hostel fees.However they need to pay mess charges . Usually ,we have the message charges Rs.2000 per month .
