I choosed Jagannath Barooah College. Because I'd dream to be admitted from my 5th standard when I had known its established history. Really, the history of Jagannath Barooah College is very sweet. The most importantly the teaching quality of this college is top class.

I choose Jagannath Barooah College because it is one of the most famous college in all upper Assam. And I've heard that the teachers were highly experienced which help us to simplify our doubts. The teaching quality of this college is also excellent.

As we know that Jagannath Barooah college is a renowned education hub of upper Assam. I'm from Golaghat so it's near to my district so don't want to miss this golden opportunity. And it's an autonomous institution,which helps a lot.

Established in 1965 Dibrugarh University is one of the best universities in the state. It was ranked 86 in the 101?150 band overall in India among universities and 35 in the pharmacy ranking by NIRF in 2019. In addition to this the ambience of the university has always attracted me always. The University is spread over an area of 500 acres with several facilities which include in-campus canteens, hostels, parks, playgrounds, indoor stadium, gymnasium hall, guest houses, ponds, outdoor halls, indoor sports hall, basketball/volleyball courts, etc. The Lakshminath Bezbaruah Central Library is the hub to access numerous books, encyclopedias, journals, magazines, novels, newspaper and many others. It caters to the need of all the students and teachers and every necessary book is received here. Also the university is located in an urban area i.e. just 5kms from the Dibrugarh town. Most departments and hostels also provide free Wi-Fi to the students for their assignments. Also most departments and centres have their own library facility for their respective students. The campus placement of the overall students is also satisfactory. Every year the students of Dibrugarh University Institute of Engineering and Technology, Centre for Management Studies, Library Science, Mass Communication, etc are decently placed in various government and private companies.

I choose this college for my higher education because the college is one of the top college's of Assam. The college is rewarded A grade by NAAC. Many notable person of Assam are passed out from Jagannath Barooah College. So that I got admission in this college.

Jagannath Barooah College is the one of the top college's of Assam. J. B. has a proud in all Assam for its education and co curricular activities. The teaching quality of this college is excellent. So that I got admission in this college.

Every student wants to read in a best college. I am also. In upper Assam Jagannath Barooah College is the best college. The education of this college is top class. The college is also active in extra curricular activities. So that I got admission in this college.

It's a government institute. It has good faculty. It has ICT Incorporated in the teaching system. Regular seminars are conducted. Frequent field trips are arranged. Co curricular activities are also given importance. The environment is good.

Through CEE we can get into the government technical institutes in Assam and depending on the rank we get into the institutes. So I got JEC with my rank which is the 2nd most sought after college for BE in Assam after AEC and it was not much of my choice as everything depends on the rank. But I am thoroughly satisfied and happy. As for my branch, I am pursuing Civil Engineering and that too depends on the rank but I got what I was looking for luckily.
