MMHAPU Faculty

The college faculty consists of 20 instructors with a student-to-teacher ratio close to 10:1, contributing to a supportive learning environment. Despite a less than ideal faculty-to-student ratio, the faculty is well-qualified, knowledgeable, and experienced in their respective fields, emphasizing practical aspects of the curriculum. They are proactive in completing the syllabus on time and conducting exams to reinforce learning and address student weaknesses, resulting in a high pass rate in university examinations.

Faculty members are described as approachable, supportive, and committed to students' academic and personal development, regularly engaging students in activities that enhance skills and confidence. Monthly and yearly exams are conducted to simulate real examination experiences, and the curriculum is updated to be relevant with changing trends in the business world. However, some concerns have been raised about the small number of faculty relative to students and the outdated syllabus in certain courses.
