I'm very excited in our annual fest that we called vyom because in this we make lots of fun in dancing singing games like indoor and outdoor both.
Thinks i liked it the faculty will take care of students very well that they will give their full support for the students
I took the hostel form and filled all the form so it was and quik.the fees is affordable spur the facilities they are availing so it was good

Dislikes

Campus is not as good as expected but the experience is good and not any fest from the college books are provided by collage from the library facilities are enough for students but there are no sports activity to perform
No fests are here organised facilities are very poor and sad sports encouragement is also very poor and no need no social groups only nss,clubs and student portals there just waste of time to do all those things
Really the campus life is worst expect class rooms we can't see anything,in 2024 we can't see engineering colleges with outs 5 branches and 10 blocks ,but here we can only have limited students and limited epiqment

Honest Review of BIT Durg by a student

Likes

Overall infrastructure is good and clean. There are different outlets in the canteen area, one can get different foods. Plus it also has an cafe, in case you need a cup of coffee!
Facilities are nice and helpful with few exceptions.
Sport infrastructure is good, but needs maintenance

Dislikes

I don't really like the campus life here, it's boring, nothing interesting happens here.
Some faculties are super mean, They scold you for small things.
I don't like the fact that fees doesn't decrease, they should atleast decrease each year if not semester wise.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The reason why I chose this curriculum is because I've a keen interest in computer programming. The exams aren't really hard if you know the basics and the curriculum. The Faculties are well educated but low-key outdated. Speaking of curriculum, I feel like the curriculum is super outdated and needs to be changed.

College have best infrastructure than other colleges.
College is located at peaceful place in the lap of nature.
Best place for studying because it is away from city

Dislikes

There are less routes of buses so personal vehicle is best option
College is away from the city so no night bus service.
Only Sunday outing for buying essentials in city.

Placement Experience:

There are fewer placements in the college because it was Fully constructed in 2020 so there companies didn't know about the college. Some companies came to college for internships. The average package is about 2.4 lpa.

Likes

College needs to focus on extra curricular activities.
College needs to update the faculties which have experience in learning facilities.
Faculties are friendly when teaches us we enjoyed there friendly teaching.

Dislikes

There is long route with out of station areas which is not safe for students.
There is no any updates in extra activities while I am there mean within 4 year.
Need to go tour but there is this facility is not available.

Course Curriculum Overview:

There is course is outdated and course needs to update in syllabus because of the University syllabus is too old and and new technology , new methods is comming in the world but that techanique is not updated in syllabus so update required to the courses. Course exam is too easy that brings laginess in students study it needs improvement to take exam in toughest way.

MY COLLEGE RCET BHILAI

The college is good in infrastructure greenery and clean and well managed
Teachers are very knowledgeable and helpful
Student here are mostly bihari and seniors are also helpful

Dislikes

The location of college is very far from main city
The climate of the city is very hot in summer.
This college is very strict and 75 percent attendance is mandatory

Placement Experience:

Placement here are not that good around 50-60 percent students got placement from college of around 3-4 lpa and there are lot of students in college and no big companies vome to our college only some local companies

The heads of the college and some faculties are good but some are not good at all, they need to be replaced with new ones who teach well.
I don't interact with many people in the college campus, it is limited to my friends only. But the rest of the students in the college are good people.

Dislikes

From placement point of view, big companies do not come to the college because there are tier 3 colleges, local and small companies like sales related companies come, it is expected that this will change in 2025
The college campus is good in terms of cleanliness. When it comes to practical knowledge, there is a lack of it.
I think the syllabus of Chhattisgarh Swami Vivekanand Technical University (CSVTU) is correct. It would be good if it is improved a bit and made shorter.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The university syllabus is good but I find it a bit old and long. It would be great if it was a short and updated version. There is a good focus on practical knowledge in the syllabus, but in our college not much attention is given to practical, otherwise the syllabus is very good.

the college campus is ok & the basic facilities provided are ok but they need to upgrade the computer system of computer labs so that we can run the current real world softwares to learn new things.
my engagement with the campus life is very well & the quality of social interation with my batchmates,senoirs & juniors are also so well.
The faculties have quite very good experience in their subject domains & their methods of teaching are also vey well & the mentorship quality are also quite well.

Dislikes

they should keep updated technologies books in their libraries
they should improve the quality of food provided in the college canteen & also increase the no. of items or snacks in them.
they should try to provide internship opportunity from the college side so that the students should be able to gain hands-on-experience.

From 7th semester the students becomes eligible for the campus pacements. The Companies like Fintech company & Byjus generally & the startup companies generally visits the campus for the placements. the average package offered is 3 lpa as per company & profiles offered.

CCET makes you cautious!!

Placements here are excellent as the best of the firms get here for placements.
Faculties teaching is next level as they are god like creatures who make sure that whatever discussed in class get in our heads at the earliest.
If somebody seriously stay attentive in the class, he/she will have to bleed less after college for studies.

Dislikes

There's a uniform and dorning them with a tie during Summers is a toll as it gets too hot here.

This is my final degree as after post graduation I have no plans for PhD or anything and I will be trying my best to get placements. The college has a very good reputation when it comes to placements and therefore it is inevitable that if I do my best, I will get the best of campus placements.

CCET is all about compassion!!

CCET is often referred as IIT if Chattisgarh as it's classy and have academics same like them.
Besides normal studies, skills development and research are also incorporates in our studies at CCET.
Recently tech fests have also been incorporated in our college and from last year onwards students of other colleges are also invited.

Dislikes

Exposure provided is little less and that's an issue which should be solved at the earliest.

Microtex, HCL, Wipro and many other IT companies gives us research projects and also their work as well. So, we basically have indirectly worked for them and the ones they feel can add more to their organization comes with a clear mind and take us with a package that we expect them to. So, placements are purely on performance as those who perform well are given best of placements.

I enjoy the lively environment of my college, the supportive faculty, and the opportunity to meet like-minded peers. As a BBA student, I love exploring business concepts, practical case studies, and learning skills that will shape my entrepreneurial
I also liked the infrastructure of the collage .
I liked the fact that along with studies they also focus on sports activities

Dislikes

The things the lack is they do not have proper space for parking of vehicles
Some of the spots ground are just unfinished .
The time or duration of classes must be increased to help student gain more knowledge.

Placement Experience:

Talking about the placements about the collage just after entering in it is not the thing I wanna discuss because different students have different skills , mindsets and goals in life , for example in my class only there are student who are here just to get a business degree.
