It helps in availing various types of scholarships that can help students financially
The best thing about pharmacy department is that they have very good teachers and faculty members . they are highly educated and very experienced.
Their placement is good because 60% of students got placed in good companies like tcs, and amazon, but their placement eligibility is a very tough process because colleges give good cgpa marks, then you change to give interviews on campus.

Dislikes

Financial aid is not for the general student as i also wanted that because of financial crisis but nothing happened.
Scholarship is next to impossible to achieve as the process is very difficult.
Placement rate is very low and does not provide any aid .

Since it is an online distance learning program is quite flexible

Dislikes

As the college is super good for all purposes, it doesn't has lots of dislikes

Fees and Financial Aid:

Fees structure on my time is 50,000 thousand per semester. But I was taken lateral entry admission because I have three-year diploma in medical laboratory technology that's why they give me lateral entry admission. So ,now my total semester was 4 semesters and 1 year of internship.

The campus is quite big and very beautiful
Teachers are very helpful and take regular classes.

Dislikes

Classrooms in some departments are not facilitated with ac so in summers students suffer alot.

Placement Experience:

College doesn't provide any placements but students who completed this course get many opportunities to work. After completing the degree one can get good job offers from different hospitals, companies to work as doctor or medical officer depending on the qualification of the person

Likes

The best thing about pharmacy department is that they have very good teachers and faculty members . They are highly educated and very experienced.
The laboratories are good and have required apparatuses.
The fees is affordable. The pharmacy department nirf ranking is 1st or 2nd from last 5 years

Dislikes

Campus life is not good comparing with other colleges . Very few fests and activities are organised. Clubs and student organisations are very less working and have inner politics.
Sports department is very less working and lacks resources .They just wake up once in a year during sports week otherwise facilities for students are not enough.
No Hindu festival is celebrated inside campus. Only one day holiday for diwali.

Placement Experience:

From last year of course student become eligible for campus placements . Companies like TCS , sunpharma , eli lily, mankind , Chegg , Lupin , and some small companies come for placements. Average package is around 3 lakhs pa. Highest would be 8 lakhs for b pharm students. Highest would be 25 lakhs to m pharm students. My plan is to complete my post graduation in MBA and then work in corporate pharmaceutical industry.

Beautiful infrastructure in Hamdard and the cleaningness , hygienic, road was too good in college
Teachers nature is very good they are just like friends with students
Having a good staff that helps and maintain the nature of hamdard university

Dislikes

The department of SMBS have AC but not working
SMBS department ventilation is too good but in summer there is having only fans students are giving an expensive fees but the teachers have ac in their cabins but the classes does not have
They said the will give placement and industry visit but both are not here

Everything was good the staff the education and everything. The class of BBA is very good as I say teachers are just like friends with students which is why students don't have any problem with their staff but Hamdard has to improve their classroom the fees we are paying here are not giving valuable classes.

Jamia Hamdard - A place for studious stidents.

Likes

The environment is competitive which pushes us to do better.
Pharmacy department is more inclined towards studies than any other activities.
The faculty is very cooperative and for those who like research, it is the place.

Dislikes

Exam forms are offline. You need to submit it in person, no online facility.

Placement Experience:

The placement company visits start from the third sem. There's a separate placement cell called PlaceCom, responsible for placement activities. They make sure all students get the opportunity. In my session companies like Xogene, Apothecaries, Minimalist, etc visited. Mostly clinical research companies offer the placement. They hire just one student per company. The average package is 5 LPA. It is not an excellent choice for placements.

Infrastructure Challenges:While the university has modern facilities, there may be occasional challenges with maintenance or overcrowding

Fees and Financial Aid:

Well the first sem fees was 75000 all included and all the other sems were 55000. They don't provide scholarship or anything like that. They don't provide Financial assistance and they also don't provide campus employment opportunities. The fees was raised by 20000 per semester this year.

High academic standard particularly in pharmacy healthcare and its renowned specially famous for the pharmacy.
The knowledgeable and supportive and experienced faculty members.
The well equipped laboratory, studios, court room facilities and having the good placements.

Administration delays in processing of paperworks and other official
The cost or fee of the course is very much it may difficult for lower class student to pursue course in JHU
Now their are various courses launches in JHU so thats eht their insufficient and limited classroom of lecture.

The course curriculum at jamia hamdard is well designed particularly in its core strengthen of pharmacy healthcare journalist advocates doctors nursing etc. Thr course curriculum is structure in that way of gen z and its with opportunities for enhancement in interdisciplinary learning and soft skill development.

In and out of Jamia Hamdard

The thing which I liked the most about Jamia Hamdard is the overall aura that was created for our department, as we were science background students so our classes were made adjacent to our Labs so that we can save time and work more.
The teaching staff and other staff members were also very supportive and helpful as they guided me in almost aspect. The teachers had innovative teaching skills and even the assignments given to us were helpful and were not just to write 500 words.
Moreover the sports facilities are one of the things I really feel intrigued about, as I love to play table tennis and basketball and for that we had a proper and huge Sports Complex inside the campus where we could play and relax at anytime we want

Dislikes

There was nothing much to dislike about our college maybe some times classes got delayed and that annoyed me a bit
Other then this nothing much was there that I disliked about my college
Sometimes the sessional exams were kept like 2 exams in a day that sometimes felt like a chaos

Placement Experience:

The placements starts coming in the 6th semester but I was not at all engaged in all of those activities as I was planning to do Masters from Abroad and didn't attend much college in the 6th semester.
