To engage with various alumni and cultural organisations like sahitya sarita .
To get higher placement among all the government engineering colleges of Gujarat

Dislikes

College was established in 1948,so infrastructure is very old.
Social events are less as compared to private universities.
Need to improve the hostel facility of college

7th semester students are eligible for placement.TCS, infosys,tata motors,MRF tyres,Tatvasoft like other companies are visited during placement session for various roles in their companies.placement ratio is around 78%.Highest package is 22 LPA.and average package is 6LPA.

Experiences of the LD college

Likes

College greenery, bedminton court, computer lab, library, All faculties are very supportive and helpful for students.
In Mechanical engineering workshop different machine like lathe machine, shaper machine, drill machine etc.
College canteen and Mesh. Food of the mesh is very testy in low price. The mesh of the LD college provide unlimited quality food in just 60 rs for LD student.

NA there is no anything or any person that I dislike regarding to LD college

Placement Experience:

Placement of LD college Is 100% with Good package. Every year different companies hiring freshers from LD college for that reason 100 % placement in every department is possible. Unfortunately any student of LD college not selected in placement. He/she apply for placement in any other external company and get job due to student of the LD college

An Honest review of L.D. College of Engineering.

Likes

The attendance in my dept IC is not at all necessary to be 75%. It gives students exposure to more activities in their college life like focussing on extracurricular activities and earning ways, giving them freedom which most colleges fail to provide
The labs and classrooms are well maintained and thus becomes a comfortable place for students to study. Most of the important and necessary lab equipments are available which is a hugely positive thing.
The hostel gates are open for 24/7 which is a very rare and good thing as many students can go for a part time night duty to earn or maybe do other things which students from other colleges fail to execute.

Dislikes

The college looks very old. The infrastructure isn't well-maintained and it kind of looks like a college from the 1970s. Although it does not really affect student's career but is an important aspect in terms of college life.
There is very less guidance you can see from the professors because of the mass number of students studying in this college. It becomes hard for the professors to focus on each and every student of the college. You have to sort out things by yourself
Most of the explanation in classes is Gujarat. It becomes hard for the non-gujarati students to understand anything in the class. Even after telling them that you don't understand Gujarati, they will again explain in Gujarati after a few minutes.

Placement Experience:

•From the 7th semester, students are eligible for campus placements. •Majority of the companies are RELIANCE, ADANI and TCS. •The highest package in the previous year 2023 was 19lpa whereas the average package stands to be 5lpa. •In my branch IC, 89.9% students got placed and it got the second most best placement of the college after Electrical Engineering. •My plan is to appear for GATE bc I don't want to work and reside in Gujarat. •

AIMS one of the best Medical College for Physiotherapy

The environment of the campus was very authentic
The technology provided by the college was advanced
The outer faculties were highly educated

Dislikes

Some of the faculties were not good in nature
Some of the class rooms were not nice and not well kept
Also at times the faculties were two strict and rigid and the fee department was also rigid

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum was provied by the Gujarat University and has to be strictly followed by our college named Ahemdabad Institute of medical science. But the provied ciriculum was quite interesting and it was up to the need of the course .

The placement cell of LD worked very effectively on a war mode basis to help each and every student to get the available company.
The infrastructure is good. As there are various different departments like computer department, IT department. Being a IT student I can say that the infrastructure of IT building is good and clean enough.n

The average package of Computer/IT deparment was 7 lakh. It ranged from 5 to 12 lakh annually. So, we can say that placement of this college is very good. Many students of this college get their dream companies.

My Honest Review on LD Engineering College

College Campus, Technical Facilities, Teachers and The faculties supporting the students in career, education and many more. We can say that The faculties supporting the students in every aspect.
The infrastructure of LDCE is very good. It has an good auditorium, play area, sports area, sports equipments, hostel, block for every department, Computer Labs etc.
The placement cell worked very effectively on a war mode basis to support each and every students to get place in the different companies.

Dislikes

NA as there are no such things I disliked regarding college.

Placement Experience:

The placements is very good. The placements cell support each and every students. Most reputed companies come to the college to hire skilled empolyee. The college give 100% placements. After 7th semester we are eligible for placments. My plans after getting the degree is to place in multi-national company.
