Likes

Faculty is helpful and have great knowledge of the subject,ambience is great,
The college also provides a scholarship every 6 months to students for free and job placements are taken nicely and good companies are approaching the university
The faculty of law is one of the best law colleges of india so there are many local and famous companies visited for requirements and students are also placed there or tnp cell provide good placement opportunities to students

Dislikes

Internshi opportunities are provided but the companies that comes for those drives are not so great and dont provide such a good exposure.
Placements are mainly done by college students only, faculty is not helping in it
No placements policies * for the faculty of arts students and no internship programs too.

MSU was Joyful

Likes

MS University is one of the oldest and the best universities in terms of studies and infrastructure.
MS has a variety of students as I had classmates from almost all the states of India.

Dislikes

Course Curriculum Overview:

Drama was my dream ever since I was a kid. Since there are not many colleges that teach this MS became an automatic choice for me. Our curriculum which had many aspects from dancing to public speaking prepared us to be ready to perform at any stage without any fear.

Actual life at MSU as a barodian

The faculty: the faculty at msu psychology is very chill and educated and teach very nicely and send good study material.
the crowd: the environment and the public at the psychology department is very nice and approachable, even seniors are very sweet and help you a lot.
the course: the course topics are very interesting and helpful

Dislikes

The management: the management at msu is very poor, lacks timely announcements.
Exam dates are usually not knows before hand or are told 10-15 days before exams
There are no fests in arts faculty, a few events do take place but nothing very fun or nice.

Course Curriculum Overview:

the course pattern is very very good at msu psychology. first term they teach you the basics about psychology and human behaviour and in the second a little biology is introduced which is essential for the stufy of psychology.

The curriculum and the topics that we are made to study are challenging and really interesting to learn, also the faculty is really friendly and outgoing.

Dislikes

One thing i dislike about the University is the organisation of the classes, they get cancelled minutes before the class takes place and is hectic for the students who live far away.

The difficulty level is not that high as well as not that low, it's a bit challenging which makes a student grow in the particular field, the curriculum sums up the topics which are necessary to study in order to get proper knowledge of that field, it also provides real world applications and teachers share their experiences as well..

The campus is good, it had a great atmosphere and its open, u won't feel that u are lacking out of breath, quite spacious campus. The parking area is nice too, u will get parking for ur two wheeler no matter the time.
The location of college is really good, there are auto stands nearby, bus station and railway station at a walking distance.
There are many food stalls nearby so u can always visit them and the canteen also has great food at cheap rates.

Dislikes

The classrooms are quite old fashioned, and the lab has some faulty computers.
They will make u write codes on a project paper as assignment, and its just soo absurd to write down codes on a page

Placement Experience:

I am still a 1st year student but i have seen a board in which there are names of previous students who have landed pretty good jobs in good companies. As there are not a lot of students, the placement is pretty good, almost everyone can get placement through college.

A lil brief of MSU by an insider.

Likes

I really liked the interaction of teachers with students. Teachers respond to every requirements that are asked. I love the campus area, it has lots of greenery that is soothing for eyes, it energieses me for attending morning classes.

Dislikes

Only thing I dislike about my college would be the management during exams, there is no certainty when we'll get out sitting arrangements and how we will get to know it. It gets very difficult at times when I sometimes reach late to college.
If I get late for some reason it gets hectic to first find the sitting arrangements first, then find the building then get to the room.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum that i currently have is very on point, it helps in building basic understanding regarding the field, gives enough information to have knowledge about specialisations in the field, the curriculum is very helpful to have a better point of view regarding various things and help in forming better observation and reasoning skills.

Placement Experience:

From the 5th semsters forms for the Campus placement is issused by faculty and students can seat in campus placement after filling the google forms issued by the faculty. Companies like TCS , Nilenso and many more visit in the campus placement.Rarely there is any company from which no offer is made.Avg package is of 2.5lakh which is offered by the company.I am palnning to do PGDM after my degree.

The infrastructure is good and picturesque. They have good inside class infra and good canteen food. Each department have specific canteens.

Dislikes

Timings changes of classes may happen. And the campus is big hence may require to Run and rach in time.

Placement Experience:

Placement opportunities are different with the course you do. Some offer placement after graduation like btech. But some offer lafter bsc+MSC . The placement is good w.r.t ROI. You get good locations as well. The reputation of the university of good so getting job is not the but getting good marks and getting in top students helps.

Honest Review of MSU BBA

Likes

the university campus are very good and decent
student association are always there to help students
professor and teachers are well knowledgeable

Dislikes

centin services was not there nor even water services
cleanliness they should improve also in terms of hygine they need to improve
administration staff does not corporate when ever we go for help

Placement Experience:

Campus placements are there only 20-30% student got the placements. As its for fresher the highest package was 500000. Students can plan for MBA as it's NAAC-A accridiated university. Many company visted during the placements such as GSFC,ONGC.

Msu baroda atmosphere

Likes

Atmosphere and peoples with good environment
Placement and faculties are so good they helping us in everything
Coordination with other countries across the world

Dislikes

Classrooms size the rooms are very small it's need too much space
Garden are not available for students which seems not good
Canteens are hygienic but need to update supply chains

faculty is very supportive and calm and also suggests you the best for you
good library in department as well as for faculty named hansa mehta library one the biggest library .
campus is very clean . parking and the other facilities are good .

Dislikes

my female friend are always complaint about the washroom for them here it is but only one is usable .

Placement Experience:

in my department which is the department of chemistry .at this time here so many compnies are approaching for the campus placement like :- supharma pharmacuetical , relience jamnagar, AT-inks , rubamin and also other well known labs and componies .
