Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates must have passed B.E./B.Tech in Computer Engineering/Technology, Computer Science and Engineering, Information Technology Engineering, Information and Communication Technology, or equivalent qualification from a recognized university (UGC/AICTE approved) with a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent CGPA.
Candidates appearing in the final semester (Semester VIII) of their qualifying examination are also eligible to apply, subject to submission of results within 30 days of commencement of the semester.
A valid GATE score in Computer Science (CS) or Data Science and Artificial Intelligence (DA) is required for GATE category admission; non-GATE candidates must appear for Nirma University's written test.

Admission Process:

Apply online at the official Nirma University M.Tech admissions portal (admissions-mtech.nirmauni.ac.in).
Pay the non-refundable application fee of Rs. 1,250.
GATE-qualified candidates with a valid qualifying score are admitted based on GATE merit.
If seats remain after GATE admissions, non-GATE candidates are considered based on merit in the university-conducted written test (objective type, 1 hour, GATE CS syllabus).
