Admission to the course is based on the CUSET entrance exam, followed by three counseling sessions in March, each resulting in a merit list. The fee structure is highly affordable; the first-year fee is Rs 12,000, including a Rs 2,000 security deposit, with subsequent annual fees at Rs 10,000. Alternatively, fees can be paid per semester at Rs 5,000.

Students' placement success is influenced by their academic performance, skills, dedication, and internships, with job referrals from alumni also playing a role. Common employment sectors include industrial and ETP companies, with internships available in water treatment, quality testing labs, and biogas plants. While no startups have emerged from the university, scholarships are available from both central and Haryana governments for SC/ST, OBC, and other eligible students, including those under the EWYL scheme for low-income individuals.
