CU Haryana Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

Yes I want to Research in Mathematics and want to know about this subject deeply. The exams are conducted twice a year in 2 semester and we also have mid sems if every sem which is of 20 marks each subject.

My subject is as u know mca ...there is large scope in this field i did bsc in computwr science and i want to learn more about programming thyas why i goes to mca course. In today's Era this helps a alot

Placement rate in my department is above 80% students get placed. Yes last semester students eligible for campus placement. In 2024 one jerman based company will visited and give offer to 10 students for last semester internship and got placed. My plan after degree is good to higher studies after higher studies I want to start own business in printing and packaging sector.

Since the college is new as it was inaugurated in 2016 though there is a training and placement cell in the college and they provide assistance in the placement. As last year there are companies like tcs and wipro visited and placed some brilliant students

The placement level of the university is low. As most of the unrecognized company visited the university to offer placements to the students. Maximum an average package of 3 LPA is offered to the students. There is about 40% selection ratio of the eligibal students.

first and second doesn't feel much relevant to courses , but after that curriculum makes some sense . From 3rd semester curriculum is all about our course and the GEC's provided are also great and gives a sneak peek into other courses.

the placements are not bad in our university the highest package provided is like around 8lpa and average package is like 5lpa but placements are not upto mark. in final year we will be eligible to sit in placements in cuh most of the students goes for higher studies and for others there will be placements from companies like tcs, wipro, capgemini etc, and some copanies from dubai. and unselected students from placements should find jobs on their own for me i am preparing for gate to get higher educations form iits

To be honest there no much placements in our university but we do get some placements which offers around 5 to 6lpa. apart from the collages placements the employability is decent i would say.my plan is to do a job after getting degree and my backup plan is to go japan and persue my M Tech tere

Curriculum is essential to guide teachers in what to teach, how much depth of knowledge is needed for that grade, and a a timeline to follow so the year will be completed. Curriculum needs to focus on what you can do with information rather than the information itself. I wouldn’t eliminate content, without background we cannot form good, rational, and educated conclusions. We are still giving timed tests in math facts! I know that’s traditional, but it just isn’t as important. My era had no calculators and we needed to be proficient at paper and pencil solutions, but now, perfect calculations are available to everyone. We should focus on what kinds of problems can be solved with mathematics. Spelling is equally less important. Vocabulary should be stressed. My sister years ago was taking a test for a personal assistant position where she was asked to type a large number of words per minute error free. She was laughing at such a test. She said no one does that anymore, they just type then run spell check. Technology is changing our NEEDS opinion is that curriculum should reflect our reality. No one gets paid to solve problems that have already been solved. Students should be exposed to solving problems they have not seen before but that can be solve with the content they have learned in class. This will help them develop problem solving strategies they will be able to use the rest of their lives
