1:45 faculty to student ratio learning experience is good , teachers are helpful , they are approachable, teacher are well qualified and have good knowledge of their subjects, teachers need to bring creativity in their teaching
Another thing i liked is auditorium.it is very cool and it has seating capacity of almost 1500 students. the sports facility is also very good all the sports are available like basketball, badminton etc.
The best thing about this college is that there are many scholarships one can benefit and the fees are not so high and not so low.

Dislikes

No big culture fest is there, parking facility is not good.
Hostel mess food is not good, campus has no ac in class.
Some teacher's don't want to teach and don't support students in any of the work.

Likes

The nature of teachers is very good in hindu institute. of management.
The knowledge gained in this college is also good.
The culture is good under the management.

Dislikes

The campus is very small and small ground.
You cannot bunk your classes. Management will call your parents.
The director of the college is also not good in nature.

Well, the campus of university is quite large. The faculty is also friendly. Many scholarship are also available for students.
Here the hostel for first second and third year is seperate. The hostel environment is also nice.
The library of university has a bundle of books.

Dislikes

Regular events are not held in university.
Hostel food is not much good. Girls have limited opportunity in hostel

Placement Experience:

After third semester your are eligible for campus placement (for btech). Havells infosis and TCS like company visited fir placement. Highest package is about 14 lacs (for computer science branch). I wish to prepare for government job

The faculty member are so good and supportive.
Everytime they force to go for skills not for all time for books

Dislikes

There are very old fans in classrooms that do not work properly
Bus service is not working in the university for students.
Infrastructure is too old for this University

Placement Experience:

In 7th semester students are eligible for campus placements. There are many companies that visit dcrust murthal is Phillips,maruti Suzuki,TCS, daffodils etc. Highest pakage is 24 lacs per annum.60 percent students are getting placements.

I like complex,I like class room,I like ground
I like library,I like computer lab and sheats
I like auditorium,I like environment and greenery

Dislikes

Quantity of gym equipments is very less.
Fast food of complex and price are very high
Complex are not open at late nights and shops quantity are very less

Placement Experience:

Eight semester students become eligible for campus placements. Name of company visit in the university is Google, Microsoft and much more. Average package of University is 5 lacs. Almost 55 percentage getting placements. My plan after getting the degree is become a Civil Engineer for government.

Likes

I like complex in this University and greenry
Environment is very clean and nice and staff is also good
Library is also available for students to study

Dislikes

There are no ac in class except cs branch
Their are less machines in gym of this University

Placement Experience:

From 5 semester you are eligible for campus placement. Microsoft, tcs companies give internship. The highest package is 35 lakhs and the lowest is 4 lakhs per annum. My plan is to do a job in any core company getting good job after a degree

Auditorium is so nice and good and very spacious
Library have all books related toall the Courses available in the college
All sports specialities are available in our university

Dislikes

Football ground is not maintained well as compared to basketball court and
There are frequent electricity cut in the hostel
There are no transport system in university and universities, quite huge Rate

There 75% mandatory attendance all the curriculum are relevant to our studies, and it is nicely divided into semesters Also, there is an additional subject like UHV, political science, etc To provide additional knowledge to the students

Faculty of our department is very polite and dedicated towards their work. They guide us time to time about out future
Campus is nice and good environment of hostel.
Kind of affordable for a normal person opting any course.

Dislikes

Campus is good but can be better in case of cleanliness.
University complex has just a few shops , their can be more.
Health centre of University can be better.

Placement Experience:

As my course is not placement oriented but research oriented so there is no such companies for placements. Yeah but candidates are supported enough by the department to continue their further research.

Easy to reach in university from any part of india it is about 40 km from isbt delhi , and 2 km from gt road(delhi chandigarh)
Hostels and classes are not much far like other university
Quite good and green environment, and in between feild(kheet)

Dislikes

Transportation in university , like no bikes and cars are allowed to enter the university
No ac in class, like is summer we have to face to much challenges, after having lunch go to classes in sunlight and having no ac in classes
Quite mobile network problem , if you device have 5g connection you have a very good connection other wise you don't have any ither facility than calling

Placement Experience:

There are university placement The actual placement of my university was last year is about seventy five students out of whole university . If you don't have any actual figure of off compass placement ,students of final year are eligible for the university placements, Last time some companies visited our departments were havels , TCS and maruti suzuki, I am preparing for gate exam and I will be apear m.tech through a batter university, Highest package went through.My department was about nine lakh , Out of seventy students Only ten student get University policement

Likes

Infrastructure was good and comfortable for students.
Many extra curricular Activities were there.
Teachers regularly takes classes and 75% attendance was mandatory.

Dislikes

Placements were not provided to BSc. - MSc students.
Admin department works really slow and you need to visit there for more than 2-3 times just for a small piece of work.
Hostel food was not up to the mark, needed to contact Hostel matron regularly.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Many lab attendants were not aware of the names of the chemicals as our HOD used to say they have promoted from Electrical dept, so i feel they should get their eyes on the recruitment as they are of no use and due to lack of knowledege accident may happen. Exams were of moderate level but the syllabus eact exam used be very vast which needs continuous studies throughout the semester.

DCRUST in a Nutshell

Likes

the campus is quite big and has a lot of facilities like a shopping complex, gym, a child school, NCC ground and many more. I can only say that wherever you go, enjoy the real life instead of the reel life .
The University is a Government University with a NAC ranking of A which is a very positive thing for students.
University has reading room for the students who want to study anytime as the room is open 24x7 with a Wifi available there.

Dislikes

Theek is no Proper Internet connection available inside the Campus and specially near the hostels.
There is a lack of management in the university as there is no proper organising of any event or fest in the college.
A lot of Liquor and other types of drugs are consumed in the campus inspite of being a punishable offence.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The Course curriculum includes a lot of knowledge about the field of chemical engineering and research work. It doesn't properly prepared me for real world applications or further academic pursuits but I obviously had to keep an eye on it to decide my fate. Areas for improvement are that they must include atleast 1 hour gap for the students to take a break from their hectic schedule everyday seperate form the lunch break. The exams are held here every 4-5 months that is in the end of the semester and mid semester are held in the middle of the semester .
