Academic placement, and college life

Likes

Focus on practical with moderate teaching method
High placement rates with competative salary packages
Pre placement training, aptitude preparation, and industry internship provided

Dislikes

While the institute tie-up with companies for placement but it not offer international collaboration
Tution fees and other charges are higher than other government collage
Mandatory of maintenance on 75 % of attendance, who not maintain a charge a taken by those students

Placement Experience:

college provides placement every year about 60 % students get job with a great salary packages, the Company come in the college are like , Wipro , dxc technologies The students are eligible for placement at the end of 7th semester and in 8th semester.

Introduction to my college

Likes

Umm i like a infrastructure of my college it is environment friendly
I also like my college environment it is good for who want to goo daily from home to clg
I also like environment where we study it is neat and clean place

Dislikes

I often dislike the boys and girls respect to our teachers and representatives
I dislike my prospective among students and teachers
It immediately provide overall facilities to all but I doesn't necessary at all

Placement Experience:

The placement is not so good in my college it offers a very low package like 400000 it is intermediate not so large as per btech perspective i expected that if I am doing btech and i want to get more than 8 lpa packege if I prepare almost all demanding skills

Brief yet Genuine Perspective on College life

Likes

The Faculty is good and co-operative. Good command over the language and subject.
Infrastructure is great and class ambiance is nice.
Management and discipline is nice and well managed.

Dislikes

should be more focus on practical then theory
Some faculty has good knowledge but some don't have enough
Placement drives for specialization is less

Placement Experience:

The placement eligibily is from 7th semester. Companies like Big Oh, Tcs has taken placement drives. Highest is near about 30 lakhs maybe off campus and avg is near about 2.5L. percenatage of students get placed is near about 50 % but main problem is for specilization there are very less companies

PIET the college with many opportunities

Likes

providing use of AICTE verified labs to all students to come and learn and make new projects
providing many oppertunities in different type of fields such as SIH (smart india hackethon) for coders and debates for mba courses
also providing facility for different kind of sports also good maintenance of ground and parks provided around the college campus

Dislikes

maintaining order as a school instead of college such as arranging ptm but also only for the starting semester in the time of duration you stay in the college
not arranging student elections between students
communicational gap and rumors between upon some teachers

Placement Experience:

From the 6th semsester students start to get alligibel for the campus placements. Many highly respected companies visit the college as amazon, infosys, accenture, wipro, IBM. the highest package offerd from the companies was in 2023 of 38lpa. Total of 5000+ offers were made, package offerd by 5+ companies were INR20LPA, package offerd by 10+ copanies were INR 15LPA, package offerd by 15+ companiese were INR 10LPA, and the package offerd by 50+ companiese were INR4 TO 5 LPA. Almost all the students get placed in the college but with some low salary, my plans after getting this degree is get into a good mnc campus placed by start a new life by earning and learning more and more from the seniors and mentors

A balanced review

Likes

Infrastructure is quite good with all good labs.
Quite good library that provide a vast variety of books.
Environment is quite good with greenery everywhere.

Dislikes

Some of the faculty is not good. Their teaching is not good.
Hostel rules are sometime feels very strict.
Mess food, which is good but bad at the same time.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum in this college is functional but reflects the characteristics of an average academic institution. While it covers the basic and provide a foundational understanding. It often fall short of morden industry.

There will be best facilities of canteen
Here all type of foods items will be found
There will best ability of transport bus

Dislikes

Fees difference between many students issue
Bus transportation fees too much higher than other
Not good network here internet and network issue too much high

Placement Experience:

There was mayy be 7th semester after which student sit with company and Okie dokie, and some other companies will come and placed the skilled person with average package anday be this year 8.5 lack highest package

Best faculties ,best events ,fest food places,
Campus area is medium ,buildings are good
Best tech and innovations with good opportunities

Dislikes

Wifi and internet problems are very frequent .
Very strict rules and regulations and faculties are also strict.
Less supportive culture crowd and crowd is average

Teachers are friendly and have a good knowledge of their subject.
As now piet is autonomous so their is a change in academic pattern.
Fest in piet are good as compare to other colleges.

Dislikes

Their is too much strictness as compare to other colleges.
You cannot go out of the college without permission.
Class can hold strength of 60 but their is 75 students .

Course Curriculum Overview:

As now piet is a autonomous institute so they are following the latest curriculum and academic structure in the curriculum is very good and latest also. From the first semester they are teaching us coding.

EVERYTHING ABOUT PIET COLLEGE

Likes

Sports infrastructure is very good, we got basketball court, vollyball court, badminton court etc
There is also a very nice ios labs which has over 20 imacs
Classroom have good environment with windows that shows a nice view of farms and greenry

Dislikes

Very bad faculty, no one is qualified for teaching such subjects
There is fine for literally anything like uniform, using phone in class room

Placement Experience:

Campus placement is a scam, they shows the Highest package offered is 38lpa but they never disclosed that it's not a campus placement 1.From 3rd sem students are eligible to sit in placements 2. Small companies like Infosys and TCS are there

Insights about piet

Likes

Mess fode is very good and tasty specially chili potato
The students over here have a good mindset and behaviour
The teching style of the teacher are every good except pps teacher Nicky

Dislikes

No open gates you have to get gate pass signed by class teacher
Not a clean campus garbage everywhere in ground
It is a very small campus as compared with other colleges

Placement Experience:

I don't know much about this as I am of 1 st year but I saw posters in campus claiming that Google Microsoft Deloitte Amazon Tata consultancy services HCL jinda steel visited. My plan after getting the degree is to get a good package at and mnc

Kurukshetra University isn’t good in terms of academics. The results aren’t declared in time. The evaluation system isn’t good. The course curriculum isn’t up to date. Coursework usually includes subjects that aren’t related to the stream. The teaching approach followed by the university is theory-oriented. You won’t get much hands-on practical learning experience.
