It's very helpful for new admission students

Likes

Atmosphere of college is very happy and good
Faculty behaviour is very nice for students
Educated and supportive staff , friendly nature

Dislikes

Less extra criculam activity and less chill atmosphere
Local market are not proper and not so entertaining
Local people are not good behaviour for students

Likes

Faculty of my course is excellent every teacher is friendly
Management of college is good in exam , events
Location of college is good it is easy to reach

Dislikes

There is no internship and placement for students
Infrastructure is very old and need to improve
Drinking water quality is not good please improve

My course is ba geography hons it is bachoular course on geography subject in this we study physical and human geography. It is very relevance in gis and cartography This course is very useful if you want to pursue Masters

The truthfull DSC

Likes

The behaviour of the faculty to all the students who are doing good for the college
It provides a good exposure to the students who are the NCC cadets or NSS volunteers
It has also good CGPA which counts in the one of the best college among KUK

Dislikes

Lesser facilities as of now , various faculties of science stream has left college so new faculties are react to come
Unnecessary restrictions and attendance charges that are applied on the student who are absent in lecture as is it already given in the college proforma that sure attendance with which will only cost 500 a month

Placement Experience:

From 5th semester itself we are eligible for the placements The most known company Wipro has higher the student for internship The highest package is of 4 lakhs per annum approx as per my knowledge There about more than 150 students who are place yet

Honest review about the college

Likes

Great infrastructure of the college amazing labs and technology
There is a different floor for start up and discussion for ideas
Healthy community around the college among all the students

Dislikes

The schedule is abit tight can give relief to students
There are plenty of rules and regulations and very strict
They can improve on the sports and other circular activity can promote them

Placement Experience:

From 7th semester on wards you are eligible for placements. Companies likes sap, tcs, Infosys, ibm, byjus etc comes. Average package is around 350000 ctc and highest on campus is 40lakh. There are quite high chances of getting places. My plan after getting the degree is for masters

Likes

Colleges faculty and staff more cooperative.
Exam pattern easy as compared to others colleges.
Best library, canteen facilities and also any fest organise for students entertainment purposes.

Dislikes

Delay in adminstration work and other colleges related work.
Difficult to get bus pass for girls because of formalities.
Dirty washrooms specially for girls but it's bearable.

I'm from commerce background so I decided to pursue bcom because graduation is must . College staff are very cooperative and motivated also their teaching method is also great . As a further mentioned that their exam pattern or difficulties level of exam are moderate as compared to other colleges or universities.

My college first year

Likes

I liked the faculty department behaviour, teaching methods.. or wise the campus is really goof
I liked the classes as it is comfortable
My favourite place in my campus is girls common room in which I can stay all day, it is really my comfort zone there

Dislikes

I kind of think that the canteen needs to be developed
The lecture are sometimes really long which make us kind of bore
Sometime, when we are late.. we do not get entry from which we miss our first lecture so I think it needs to be changed

Placement Experience:

My college provide placements.. each and every student recieve placements according to their qualities.. no student is left unemployed.. our campus celebrates "ULLAS" in which they wish every student whose placement is done

Dyal Singh College is best college

In dyal singh college there is good learning environment which will help to focus on studies
Also there is a good library facility where students sit and do theri own work
Also there are sports facilities available in dyal singh college which is very good

Dislikes

Sometimes outsiders cone in our college thi the the main thing i don't like about college

Placement Experience:

Yes dyal singh college offers placement and also i would say that there are many students from this college who are now on high ranks in different places someone is in the army someone is the manager of multinational companies and many more

The college experience I am most thankful for is the opportunity to better my through education,
The engagement with campus I am actively participate in campus activities like events of clubs.
The overall condition and standard of the physical facilities on the campus, including classroom, laboratories , library, sport facilities , cleanliness etc.

Dislikes

Placement Experience:

The placement of our college is good. Many companies are take their interview and offered campus placement to the eligible students. Name of the company which are visited i.e. code quotient, hike education, 75 ways technology,etc. My plans after getting the degree is to do job .

Professors are too good everything understand properly
Mess was also good good food and open area
Environment or grounds are good many games have played in college campus

Dislikes

Timing are very bad like one lacture wait for 1 hour
Hostel buildings are old try to renovate
Fighting everyday on boys and love problems

Studies are good, teachers work hard in studies but there is less time, so they have to work harder. The method of studying is fine. It is good but less. Studies are not done due to time, this is a problem

Kurukshetra University isn’t good in terms of academics. The results aren’t declared in time. The evaluation system isn’t good. The course curriculum isn’t up to date. Coursework usually includes subjects that aren’t related to the stream. The teaching approach followed by the university is theory-oriented. You won’t get much hands-on practical learning experience.
