Baddi University, located in the industrial region of Himachal Pradesh, benefits from its strategic location by offering more placement opportunities compared to other local institutions. Each department is managed by a Dean, a Head of Department, and a Class In-charge. While faculty members are generally approachable, higher authorities like the Dean may be less accessible. The examination structure includes three Mid-Semester Tests (MSTs), of which two are compulsory, and one End-Semester Test (EST).

The university offers scholarships to students who score above 80% in their 12th-grade exams. However, there are limited scholarships, particularly for ST/SC and OBC categories. Tuition fees for BBA and B.Com programs range from 40,000 to 45,000. A registration fee of 500 is required, which can increase to 3,000 if not paid within 15 days. To participate in the mid-semester tests, students must also pay the full fee.
