tution fee were reduced for us as per being the himachal resident it was a good benefit for student who were from himachal pradesh. complete cost of education including tution fee to hostel fee it cost me around 12L. there are few scholarships awarded to student who fulfills the criteria required for it.

I got Shoolini scholarship of 90900 during my master's. There are various scholarship programs run by the university. You can simply ask anyone who is dealing with the admission they will guide you. I even worked in the admission team so I can say that it's a not for profit organization. The only reason to charge any fee is to run the processes and to keep Shoolini growing. They really believe in transforming students' life. They provide a great education that's why it's become a bit expensive so they charge. But all money goes in the development of Shoolini. You can even check their annual balance sheet which they publish and available on their website.
