the highest package offered this year was 72lac to and ECE undergrad. the average placement of this college is also 14.72lac as per the lastest 2022 placement records. the average placement of CSE branch is about 26 lacs per annum. the palcements in core branches is also better than majority of other nits

Review of National Institute of Technology, Jamshedpur

Placement Experience:

Placements are the reason why most people come here. Students are eligible for campus internships from the 6th sem itself. From the 7th semester, placement starts. Highest package is 60 lac/annum. And average is 20 lac/annum. Placement percentage is 98% . After getting degree, I intend to do the job that I get in the placement.

NIT JAMSHEDPUR (B.TECH) CIVIL ENGINEERING

Placement Experience:

From the sixth semester, students become eligible for came-up placement. highest package is 40 lakh. our placement record in the civil branch is also 90%. And in cse, ece and electrical is 100%.and also in core branch the placement record is approx 88%.

Nit jamshedpur is good

Placement Experience:

Placement will start from starting of the 7th semester. Companies like Samsung, Microsoft, Amazon, Flipkart, mesh roll elite, Mercedes, tata steel, Larsen, and turbo and 900 are offers made. The placement is very good.

Placement Experience:

Placement is the best I have ever seen in NITs my branch average placement is 17.5LPA which is really very good. Companies are visited like Amazon, Flipkart, Adobe, Ola, meesho, and so on. This year's highest package is 70lpa. From my branch, 100% of students are placed this year.

A comprehensive review of nit jamshedpur

Placement Experience:

The highest package from the 2021 batch was 72lpa, the overall average was 14.72 LPA. Last year 97.2% of students got placed, placement in CSE, ECE, and EEE are almost 100% whereas in civil engineering about 91% of students got placed.

My view on nit Jamshedpur

Placement Experience:

There is an excellent placement record here. Students get placed with a 95% placement ratio. Students become eligible for placement from the 7th semester. Most of the MNCs visit our campus and hire students at a very high CTC. Major of them are Amazon, Deloitte, Goldman Sachs, AMD Radeon, Intel, and taking Almost 95-96% of students get placed here. In our branch, the highest package till now is 72 lakh per annum.

Nit Jamshedpur review

Placement Experience:

The average CTC of whole branches is 14.2lakh. and the average package of ECE branch is 18 lakh and median package is 16 lakh and the highest CTC is 72 lakh from ECE branch. the placement per cent of the ECE branch is 100 per cent.

Nit Jamshedpur has excellent placement records and recently its obscure average package gets increased. Nearly 200+ companies visited every year and 800+ offers were made. Companies include Amazon, Qualcomm, Tata steel, Atlassian, Deloitte, Samsung, and many more. Almost 97% of students get placed every year.

The placements of NIT JAMSHEDPUR is very very good almost hundred percent placed in good companies within the college . So the college placement is very good and the average package campus placement students in ECE in 14 lpa which is very good.

My friend recently graduated from NIT Jamshedpur. Here is her review.

Location: The campus is located in Adityapur, surrounded by industries. It is a bit away from Tatanagar Railway Station. Since Jamshedpur doesn’t have an airport the best way to reach the campus is from Ranchi via NH-33.

Infrastructure-wise: Both the hostels and the computer centers are revamped. The main buildings of the campus are still under further development but are expected to be in maintenance soon. However, the mega hostels, known as J & K, are an enhanced sight of the campus.

Academics

The quality of professors or the methodology of their teaching is quite not up to the mark. Few professors of the institute somewhat still follow the old pedagogy and are sometimes not cooperative. On contrary, the newly appointed Ad-hoc faculties are supportive and are willing to guide students.
Students of the institute perform well in competitive examinations. Many made it to IITs, IIMs, or various international institutes as well.
The Central Workshop and laboratories, substantially Fluid, Thermodynamics, and Metallurgical are not quite well maintained.

The TechnoManagement fest, Ojass, and Cultural fest, Culfest are the major events of the institute. There are several automobile teams as well, like Team Phoenix, the aircraft team; Team Rays, the hybrid car team and Team Daksh, Off road car team.
