A good college

Likes

The best thing about the college is, it’s regular classes. You have to complete the 75% attendance to area at any cost otherwise get ready to study the whole year. Once again. Death threatening disease can only be way to sit into examination
The second best thing about the College is its discipline, like you can’t roam around the College corridor or the ground or the canteen. While your ongoing classes you can’t enter the college without the ID card, no matter what
Third, best thing about the college is on time, examination and its curriculum and its faculties

Dislikes

Infrastructure was not up to the mark. Building was old, no proper toilets, no smart classrooms, no air-conditioning.
When it comes to placement, College have a war record. Only 20 to 25% of assistant got placed from the campus and that 2 at a very low average package.
See the campus of the college is not very big, so there is no good campus life. You can see the only good thing about the campus. Is that the college itself is the city Centre of Ranchi

Placement Experience:

The College is not very good at placements as I have already mentioned that only 20 to 25% of student can get placed in campus placement and rest of the student can manage to get a job outside of the campus. Getting a 20 ?25,000 per month. Job isn't a very big deal, so I can say that College is below average when it comes to the placement, kind of thing

Starting From The Faculty, It Was The Best For The Students Of BBA. Provided By The University.
From Past Years I Made Many Good Friends From The Campus, From This I Can Say The College Has Wonderful Students Enrolled In It

Dislikes

I Can't Really Understand What Really I Disliked about My College, cause Through My POV there Are Very Demerits Of College.
Nothing, everything Else was just Superb.
Sometime The toilets Are Dirty, and The Staffs Doesn't Care Much about It.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The whole Learning Is Based From Our Real Life experience, which Means Our Professors believe in Making Students Understand The concept By Relating The Topics Through Students's Real Lifestyles Which Makes Students Understand The topic Easily. Many Companies To Visit Our College Which Helps Students To Get Packages Or Giving Students The opportunity Of Getting Job. Many Placement Drives Are made By College. The Timing Of Exam And It's Difficulty Level Can Be Understood By This, What Is Taught By Our Professors or is Told By The Teachers The same level Of Questions Comes In Our Exam. The results and exam Are released and Conducted on Time.

Likes

The first thing i notice and also liked about the campus is so neat and clean
The second thing i like that campus is very big it has a 2 basketball ball court one volleyball court 2 canteens football ground gym etc also there is many trees planted in the campus
The third thing i like about the college is the infrastructure u literally don't want to miss the class just because the fan lights are always on inverter.

Dislikes

First thing i didn't like about the campus is that u have to check ur vehicle pass everything on gate
Second thing some teachers are not good enough to teach the topic in more better way they lag aur leave the topic for us to study by ourselves
Also my college life was get over very fastly though i love to go to college even though i have to check my id card on gate also some fans are moving very slowly though there is inverter but the fan is very heighted also moves slowly

Placement Experience:

Campus employment is usually provided by the college also students become eligible for campus placement during their last year of the college means semester 5th mid and 6th also they can give interviews do interships and etc

Classes are best furnished and students are well dressed well maintained
The faculty is soo supportive,they provide there best for us
Student get a very safe and perfect environment for study.college life is good and very happy to study in the college

Dislikes

Morning class in winter should start from 7:30am because it is very cold in ranchi in winter
The compulsary attendence is 75% this makes life day hard for early sleepers
Regular uniform like you can give us 1 day to wear casual uniform

Course Curriculum Overview:

As I'm a bsc-statistics graduate student it significantly enhance future career prospective by providing a solid foundation in data principle and practice.Statistics graduate can pursue various roles in govt and corporate sector.

College life in Ranchi

Likes

No restriction to talk with student of different courses. It helps to increase our knowledge about other courses also.
Library area is also nice for study alone.
Teachers are also very helpful in nature.

Dislikes

Time of class not fixed. Some time we are in class but there is no teacher at all
Classes of physics and maths are too compact.
Examination not held in time. They give 8 months for semester 1. And what about other semester duration, don't know.

Placement Experience:

Several company like infosis Wipro etc . Come in our college for placement. Students of 5 semester are eligible for placement.average package is 200000 and highest package is 400000. Above 75 percentage one can get placement.

My college life in nutshell

Likes

Passionate faculty who helped us in every aspect.
Good administration , they don't take our much timing.
Good campus environment where studying was even fun.

Dislikes

Canteen was outdated and provided limited stuffs in menu.
Outsider students sometimes get in campus and make fuss.

Course Curriculum Overview:

My course was anthropology,which is a very good subject. This subject should be ready by everyone as everyone should know about the basis things about our society and human. Classes were even held on time and change in schedule was informed before hand.

There is separate campus for both girls and boys
It's offer library for all students and also provide library card for all students
This college offers placement regularly when the company come placement drive inform very welll

Dislikes

In this college, students only take admission and come only to give exams
Not a good environment for students for studies
Classes are held daily but the professor does not come to take the class

Placement Experience:

Those who completed their graduation and post graduation they are eligible for campus placement. Companies like TCS , Axis Bank, etc are visited and approx 100 and 200 offers made . Avengers pakage is approximately is about 2lpa 50% students getting placement. My plan after getting degree to get job and pursuing higher education

Attendance is taken care of. Good study faculty.
Teachers are very punctual of taking classes and teaching properly
Internship opportunities are also provided for the students

Dislikes

Exams are taken very usually like in a very short short period of time exams are conducted.
Information is provided a bit lately in the official group
Fests and programs are not at all conducted

Placement Experience:

Placements are provided for semester 6 students. Our placement officer tirthajit sir is very active during the process To have to keep applying for the jobs that come in and then go through the company's requirements and interviews Companies like vedanta, tcs, Bajaj finance, Accenture etc come and provide decent job roles.

the environment of ranchi is good so you can live in the nature lives
class size is less so you can easily interect with proffesors and clear your doubt
the seniors are good not take raging as like other colleges

Dislikes

the size of campus is less its only 65 acres and only one playground in which we can play football and cricket
canteen is not available in college so we have to go outside even for tea

Course Curriculum Overview:

now course curriculum is according to National Education Policy and it is good but there is some subjects they included like biology in 2nd semester according to NEP the exams are divided into two parts internal and final exam internal includes 30 marks in which exam is of 20 marks and 10 marks is of assignment and attendence

Likes

Discipline is something which really appreciable at this college.
Administration is really good, college is autonomous so no delay in exams.
Regular classes, 75% attendance is compulsory so it is necessary to attend classes regularly.

Dislikes

Most of the rules are like those were in schools. Even restrictions on attire which is really show the orthodoxy of this college
Special treatment for some section of society.
No regular college activities and sports events.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is based on UGC curriculum and College come under Ranchi University. There are total 4 semester in Masters divided into 4 semester and in each semester college take mid semester exam consist of test, assignment and marks for attendance also. Semester exams schedule in 5 months. History teaches us about our past and it helps to know the culture and civilizations.
