- The college is too strict with attendance,if a student’s attendance is below 85 he has to pay a fine of ?5000,?3000 and ?2000 and if the student has a less than 75% attendance then he/she is detained which is very wrong ~ Abhinaba Bhuyan, BA

Currently, I am in first year first semester, I don't have much idea about placements or anything about my plans after getting the degree I am not sure about because currently I am discovering myself and trying to learn new things.

Placement Experience:
Many companies come for placements. Companies like Amazon, Delloite, DE Shaw, ExxonMobil and various others including start-ups. A few students opt to do their master's. But others try getting in through placements.

Placement Experience:
You can apply for placements only in the last two semesters so that will be the 5 and 6th semester. But right from the start you get opportunity to start internships and take use of them. It will help you however there is always heavy heavy competition just for a couple of seats. Some companies that visit are EY, Gold men's Sachs, Deloitte, D Shaw and Shell, Exxon Mobil, etc. After the degree, it's advisable to work for a couple of years before completing a master's.

There are no placements for this course. The college provides many internship programs throughout the 3 years of the course. The students can get internships and jobs after graduation through other means like linkedIn and the faculty helps too.

Placement Experience:
Students allowed to apply for internships from year two and for job placement, they have to apply in their third year. for computer students atlest 80 to 90 percent get the jobs. the average salary for starters is around 30000. I still dont have a plan after my degree since i am still in my secind year.

During the 4th or 5th-semester, students can sit for campusing provided that they don't have a backlog or cleared it before placements
Many companies are there like DELL ACCENTURE INFOSYS DELLOITE etc.
In MCA the highest package was around 8LPA

Placement Experience:
Placements start from the final year and involve many top companies which are due to the Christ reputation.
The highest package for Bcom Hons was around 15 Lakhs per annum whereas average was around 6 Lakhs per annum.
A high percentage of students were getting placed as well.

Placement Experience:
From the beginning of 8th semester company starts visiting colleges for placements. Approx 200-300 companies visit the college for giving placements. The previous year highest package was 17 lakh. 80% of students got placed the previous year.

Plans are to work and complete some Professional courses and work for Nation

5th sem students become eligible for placements. Companies that visit for placements DE SHAW, INFOSYS, DELOITTE, GOLDMAN SACHS
ETC. 25L per annum is the highest package given to our department.
More than 50 percent of people who sit for placements get selected.
We get to continue to study higher studies.
